Situated in an enviable position with a balcony affording glorious views over Millbrook Lake to Mt Edcumbe, the Sail Loft is perfect for a relaxing getaway for couples. The Sail Loft is a converted self contained first floor apartment, which as the name suggests was once where sails were made for the boats built in the boat shed below. Otter Rise is the perfect rural retreat for extended families, a romantic escape for couples or for families with children. We are sorry but we are not able to accommodate work groups. There is a cosy log burner in the lounge, underfloor heating in all rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and utility room, a family bathroom and two very comfortable bedrooms one has a double bed and en-suite shower room, the other has two single beds which can easily convert to a king size bed.

It is only a 10 minute walk to the water taxi to Plymouth’s historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe The property has its own fenced in garden and parking place.
