It is 4km away from the blue flag beach of Trapeza-Pounta, 7km away from Akrata & 7,4km away from Odontotos-Diakopto. It combines excursions to the mountain, Kalavryta (ski center) is just 35km away. This peaceful, spacious studio sits on the 1st floor with balcony and sea view.

You can find free parking on the street, or on several public parking spaces around. Chill-out with a book and enjoy the hand-made decorations which make this place unique.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία, μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο την αγορά και την πλατεία Μανουσάκια, και 5 λεπτά απο το λιμάνι και τις παραλίες. Συνδυάζει την ομορφιά, την ηρεμία και την ασφάλεια μιας ιδιωτικής παραλίας χωρίς κίνηση και αυτοκίνητα ενώ παράλληλα οι λάτρεις της νυχτερινής ζωής μπορούν να την απολαύσουν στα γύρω μέρη- στην Ακράτα, στο Δερβένι ή τον Πλάτανο.
