It is 4km away from the blue flag beach of Trapeza-Pounta, 7km away from Akrata & 7,4km away from Odontotos-Diakopto. It combines excursions to the mountain, Kalavryta (ski center) is just 35km away. This peaceful, spacious studio sits on the 1st floor with balcony and sea view.

Balconies with an entry to the roof terrace. The second bedroom is situated in the bottom floor with double bed and bunk beds and bathroom. In the first floor is well equipped kitchen and outside oven.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. This cozy studio is ideal for couples, if you are travelling alone, or in a small group. It includes a double bed and a sofa-bed. You can relax inside or on the balcony. The apartment features a smart TV with a rotating base and a fully-equipped kitchen. You can find free parking on the street, or on several public parking spaces around. Chill-out with a book and enjoy the hand-made decorations which make this place unique.

Quiet Little House on the Beach

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Our tiny house "Olivia" in the olive grove will offer you harmony and calmness. In Olivia you will avoid the city noise and lights, but you will have everything you need at hand (supermarket, coffee shop, bakery, restaurant are approximately 1km away).
