The town of Khorfakkan (20 mins) offers many beautiful places of interest including the Corniche, hiking trails, and viewing tower, plus many more attractions and restaurants. The private villa features a spacious luxury living room and four cozy bedrooms with king-size beds. There is also a sofa bed, a crib, and 4 extra foldable mattress beds. Guests can enjoy two fully equipped kitchens and five bathrooms. The villa boasts an 8x4m pool with a depth of 1.3m, a children’s play area, and excellent outdoor seating with fitness equipment and a gas barbecue area. A laundry room is available. A dedicated lady helper will be at your service throughout your stay.

Fully renovated holiday apartment on the ground floor of the building that is right next to the beach club (under renovation atm), golf course, amazing green walking area surrounded by canal waters, restaurants, bars and a yacht club. There are several pools in the area and a public beach within a walking distance. Convenient stores and coffee shops are there too. The building itself located in the family friendly gated community with 24 hours security and free parking.
