If you are in need of a quiet escape, this setting is for you. This little place has been a summer cottage for years. It has recently been renovated with a new kitchen, living room and bathroom to make it extra cosy. The view from the front deck looks out to ‘Digby Gut’ which is the entrance to the Bay of Fundy. This is an ever changing view and a delight to experience. The 2 bedrooms each have very comfortable new queen mattresses to sink into after a long day of exploring The Annapolis Valley.

Take in a stunning sunrise on the dock or unwind in the hammock listening to nature. For the adventurer try kayaking, hit the ATV trails on your bike or bring your fishing gear and give the river a try. Who knows, you might hook the big one! After a full day you can unwind by the firepit while admiring the starry sky or curl up by the fireplace with a cozy blanket.

Relax in a country comfortable atmosphere and savor the magnificent view of the ocean from your spacious living room. The Whale of a View Cottage has amazing unobstructed views of the ocean and the whales, seals and eagles that pass by the cottage. The Whale cottage is private and sits on a cliff overlooking the water. The cottage also has great outdoor spaces with an attached screened in room, attached open deck and a screened in gazebo located on a lower cliff overlooking the water with open decks. We are currently building on/renovating to add a larger living room, fireplace and an additional bedroom. I have the dates starting on September open for bookings. No cleaning fee!! The location says Tusket, it’s Quinan on Lake Kegeshook. The cottage is a farmhouse style with all white walls. Large windows and high ceilings allowing for great light.. The cottage is remote, quiet and perfect for relaxing. The cottage is a 20 mins drive in from the Tusket exit and 35 minutes to Yarmouth
