Cozy Mountain House

The house is located at Asfendiou village, near Dikaios mountain, between lovely trees and with a great view of the mountain. The traditional village of Asfendiou has very few residents, the only thing you can hear is the birds singing and the fresh air is very revitalising! So the house is the perfect place to relax and calm! In addition, the location of the village (almost in the middle of the island) is ideal to explore all the beautyful beaches, archeological monuments and many many more!

Dünyadan uzak, Derya’ya yakın köy evinden hallice içi dışı taş doğa ile iç içe, bahçesinde asırlık zeytin ağaçları olan bir yer. Büyük şehir, tatil köyü yada otel konforu arayanların mutlu olacağı bir yer değil daha çok kafa dinleme ve dinginlik isteyenlerin çok mutlu olacaklarına inanıyorum. Örümcek, karınca vs korkusu olanlarda gelmesin çünkü biz onların yerlerini işgal ettiklerimizi bilsin. Not: malum ülkemizin koşullarında artık kış sezonunda odunu malesef ücretili yaptık.

Funky Nest - A cozy apartment in Zipari

A modern space with air condition, on the first floor of a family owned house, ideal for couples and visitors who like to explore the island of Kos and the surrounding islands. Located in the village of Zipari two kilometres from the beach and three minutes walking from a bus stop. Rural view and plenty of sun, including a garden area where you can relax. A private fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom renovated in 2022, with a washing machine are at your disposal.

"Villa Athena" consists of 5 separate one-bedroom apartments on garden level (ground floor) and is situated in a prime location facing the beautiful sandy beach of Tigaki. Each apartment has one main bedroom and then the seating area with kitchenette has 2 other beds.(There is air conditioning in each apartment- it's optional & if one decides to need to use it then there's a small extra charge per day). Each apartment has its own private bathroom with shower.
