It is 500 m2 estate,20 min by car from the Split and 4 km from the Trogir city. Property has three separated antique decorated apartments: 1.&2. on the groundfloor,3. on the first floor,30m2 HEATED pool,outdoor dining area, barbecue, large terrace that leads you up the stairs to the beach. Apartments are rented to the same guests who know each other. WELCOME TO "STEP 2 SEA"!

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

This charming villa with heated swimming pool(from mid April till mid October, depending on external weather condition), surrounded by greenery is located in Divulje, just 60 m from the sea, which provides you perfect location, patio&sea. Villa Buble is located only 5min drive from the center of Trogir and 20min from Split. The whole property is available to our guest so they have complete privacy. Villa Miško smještena je uz prekrasnu pješčanu plažu punu brojnih sadržaja (Cable park Split, restorani, caffe barovi, rent a car, taksi brodovi i sl. Kuća se nalazi na samo kilometar od aerodroma ali buka je minimalna jer avioni ne prelijeću područje. Sa istočne strane vrt je ograđen visokim ozelenjenim zidom, a sa zapadne se pruža pogled na pošumljenu zonu. Bilo da želite potpunu privatnost ili ludi provod, villa Mishko je na idealnoj lokaciji.
