Great house. Host was responsive and helpful. House is very close to the mountain. We had 10 people in the house and there was plenty of room. Overall great stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. EV charging was available which was very convenient.

We had a beautiful and peaceful time. We look forward to coming back again.

The house was perfect for our family ski weekend. The back yard was good for the dogs to run around and there is a nice quiet dirt road that we were able to take them for a walk. The entry was great for setting up boot dryers and hanging coats. The layout is good. We would stay at Kedi’s again.

This is such a lovely place! Close to lots of ski areas, just down the road from a great hiking trail, filled with nice amenities (hot tub, table tennis, well-equipped kitchen, comfy furniture), and lots of room to spread out. Only downside I can think of is the road noise from the nearby highway, but the white-noise machines do a good job of removing any bother from that. If you need a convenient and comfy home base for an active getaway, this place is hard to beat!

Our stay was great. Just as pictured. The staff on the property were super friendly and kind. Very close to Sunday River for a ski weekend. The fire pits were a plus. We would stay again. 10/10

We were excited to find Nancy’s place last minute on a very busy holiday weekend. It is very close to Burke mountain for skiing and very close to the cute little town of East Burke. The house has everything for a comfortable stay away and enough space for us all to relax after skiing. We definitely recommend this cozy home!

Ryan’s place was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and spacious. It provided the perfect setting for our group, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. We were all very comfortable and felt right at home. Highly recommend!

A very comfortable space in a great location to access the White Mountains. We (and our dogs) had a fantastic time. Kevin made the whole process easy. We'd be happy to stay again any time.

Had our annual family vacation and ski trip at Sunday River and this house was perfect for us. Had 9 bedrooms and the downstairs is amazing. Huge kitchen, big areas on either side of the house for everyone to hang out and play games. The house is less than a mile from the ski dropoff which made it great for us. Colin was very responsive and helpful. Great host and amazing space for a big group.

We loved the easy access to snowmobiling trails! Home was well stocked and had lots of fun things to do! Space was even bigger than we thought it would be from the pictures. Lindsay was very helpful and responsive and made sure the house was plenty warm for our single digit temperatures.

Host was flexible & very responsive. We had a great stay & the location can’t be beat! Would definitely stay again for a weekend in the mountains.

Scott's place was perfect for our small family's ski trip! It was exactly as pictured, had everything we needed for our stay, and was so close to Sunday River (~10 minutes) and right down the road from restaurants in Bethel Village. We would love to stay again on our next ski trip!

Unfortunately, due to a family illness, we had to cancel our stay. Our hostess understood, was most accommodating, and helped us with the refund process. So although we never actually got to stay there, should we travel to the area again, we will keep Sally in mind. We appreciate the kindness very much.

Matt went above and beyond with his communication and helpfulness during booking, during our stay, and even after when I’m looking to rebook again. He was flexible hands-on right there when you needed them. If you want a place to stay right on the snowmobile trails the spot is fabulous.

Exactly as pictured- beautiful getaway with peaceful backyard. Really enjoyed all the space my dog had to play outside. Loved using the projector for movie night and the bed was very comfy. Make a trip to dog mountain if you stay here, the trails were gorgeous!!

We loved our visit! Rene's home was super comfortable and clean. It was close to several ski mountains that we got to take advantage of. It was really lovely getting to stay there and we'd love to visit again! Thank you, Rene!

Great spot right near the trails. Loved riding out , ending up at town after a full day and cooking in the stream. Tiki hut lunch and then an easy bike back to the house. This is what kingdom is about.

We stayed at Elena's home for a four day ski trip. Her place was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The big kitchen stocked with pots and pans allowed us to make several meals. And the drives to Bretton Woods and Loon were very easy. Would definitely stay again!
