This house was perfect, clean, and accurately described. Great proximity to baseball parks and to the coastal towns for dinner. Very nice and new, modern, and spacious. Easily fit my group and all utilities and amenities worked perfectly. Quiet area and great hosts. Would stay again!

7 of us stayed at this house, and it was the perfect size. It’s close to a lot, we loved the games + fishing, and we liked that there was a washer and dryer. Definitely recommend this house.

Extremely quiet & nice neighborhood...fire pit by the canal is very warm and inviting... the house is very clean and comfortable. Heated saltwater pool was very refreshing even in the cooler evenings... I would HIGHLY recommend this house!!!! Had a wonderful stay & will be back in the near future.

Home was well stocked with essentials & had very peaceful & beautiful surroundings. I tried to make it a point to watch the sunset every night as its really something to watch from the screened in sunroom. If your into the outdoors you can sit on the new dock & occasionally see some gators. Felt like home for our 3 month stay :)

Caleb's place was amazing! We were able to get a last minute stay planned and booked on the day of arrival. Very clean and cozy with a nice large TV in the living room and 2 peaceful balcony's overlooking the pool. Check-in was simple and hassle free since Caleb provided detailed instructions prior to arrival. If you are looking for a place to stay near Sanibel or Fort Myers Beaches this is it!

Unsere Erwartungen waren hoch – und sie wurden übertroffen. Ein wahrhaftiger Traumort mit wundervollen Gastgebern. Die Kommunikation mit Marti war ausgesprochen unkompliziert, und wir erhielten stets schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten. Der Check-in war dank der klaren Anweisungen vollkommen flexibel und reibungslos. Die Unterkunft entsprach exakt den Bildern, und bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns ein liebevoller Willkommenskorb mit Snacks und Wasserflaschen – eine sehr schöne Geste. Auch sonst war alles perfekt gepflegt. Die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen und war mit allen erdenklichen Utensilien und Geräten ausgestattet, sogar mit einem Mixer und Handrührgerät. Hier fehlte es wirklich an nichts. Die Lage war äußerst ruhig, was uns zusätzlich ein Gefühl von Geborgenheit und Sicherheit gab. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt – ein perfekter Rückzugsort, um sich zu erholen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Enjoyed my solo stay here for 3 nights. Quaint, quiet, nice space for one person (or two!) Had everything I needed though I did not spend much time on the property. Clean, comfortable bed. Host reached out frequently to inquire about my experience and offered help as required.

Beautiful location with a short walk to the beach! Definitely peaceful and pretty private to have some time to relax. The home was clean and had everything we needed.

This was one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed! Small space but very reasonably priced. There is no common area (like dining or living room), only a full size bathroom and the bedroom across from it. Coffeemaker was there and mini fridge right next to the bed.. We did not mind at all! Wonderful spot to get away to the woods without being too far from town.

Instructions to the property were so easy to follow. The location is really good and the backyard on the lake was wonderful and relaxing. The private screened in porch was sooo good! It had a coffee maker and toaster to use with all the extras to use it. The bathroom was modern and super clean. The bedroom! The bed and pillows was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I slept like a rock. No noise, peaceful and I felt safe. I would highly recommend a stay here and would for sure stay here again!

Our stay at Te’s was absolutely perfect. The space is exactly as described—super cozy, warm, and welcoming, with great energy throughout. It felt like a little sanctuary. She was responsive and went the extra mile to allow us an early check in and recommend a dinner spot for us to celebrate. Every detail contributed to a genuinely wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

This was a great GEM . Unique and cozy

This is a very adorable little place with very cool and unique outside decor with lots of seating areas. The pool was lovely, very clean blue water. The grill was very easy and accessible to use. The outside sink is very handy and so is the outside trash can. Once you go inside there is so much to enjoy! From the hot tub to the bar area and pool table we stayed entertained. The kitchen and bathroom are both very clean and easy to use. We enjoyed the dual shower heads it made double showers so easy! We 100% recommend staying here, you’ll very much enjoy your time alone and never want to leave! There’s also cute little guest that visit and there’s just too sweet! The host are very easy to get ahold of and very nice people. We appreciate the chance we got to experience this place and hope others can enjoy it like we did. Thank you, hope to book again!

Place was perfect. Easy entry. Great responsive host. Very clean and neat. Close to town. Will stay here every time I come to Cape Coral.

As I indicated in the earlier part of the review, the location, grounds, and cabins were amazing. We had a large group of canoers stay in what we called the lodge - with 5 bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms. Though there are only 2 showers in the same bathroom for such a large number - we made it work. Megan and Marc left each cabin (we rented the lodge and 2 tiny cabins) with a half dozen or more organic, home raised fresh duck and chicken eggs. Nice touch! Launching from there and paddling was amazing on horse creek providing solitude and peace. They worked with us on a complicated checkout with some staying on while others left. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a country experience.

Glamping at its best ! Was here for the rodeo with friends and family . We had the boathouse Cabin. Very pristine and clean with a super comfortable mattress. I loved waking up to the sunrise overlooking the river with my morning coffee. Hope to return here again,
