Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

My friends and I had an amazing stay here in Hanoi. Very central location, very walkable and the instructions on finding the location and how to check in were perfect. The hosts were very communicative and responsive. Will definitely recommend this place!

非常不错的一次入住体验，房间很大，很干净，离河内火车市集也非常近（只是火车市集现在只有晚上开放了），房东也能够非常及时的回应需求，卧室里还有钢琴可以弹。

Great place which matched the description. It was a quiet place and very comfortable. Phuong was so helpful from booking through to departing. The location is great, as you can walk every where, and close to bus stops. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely place:) Good location, quiet and peace, and a lot of things to do around this area. Ha is so kind and responsible everytime. A cleaner comes once a week so the house is clean as it's described. I really like staying in this house and wanna come back again. Thanks a lot!
