This rural farmhouse in Carrownagry 3km from the small town of Mullagh was built in 1935, restored and renovated by the original owner's grandson in 2022. It is located in the beautiful countryside of West Clare. The house is in easy driving distance of Milltown Malby, seaside towns of Quilty, Spanish Point, Lahinch, Doonbeg, Doolin, Cliffs of Moher and Dromoland & Bunratty Castles. Hiking nearby. The village of Doonbeg is only a minutes drive away where you will find great restaurants and bars. Just 10 minutes drive from Kilkee and the famous pollock holes( rock pools for swimming) and amazing cliff walks. An ideal base for travelling to Lahinch and the Cliffs of Moher.

The village has a grocery shop and pub 🎻and is a 15 minute drive to Doonbeg or Miltown Malbay with plenty of restaurants , cafes and supermarkets.
