Kick off your shoes and snuggle up in the Puffball Lodge at Bracken Woods. Immersed in the sounds and sights of the woodland, quickly feel the worries and pressures of the outside world melt away. Fully equipped and with stylish furnishings the Puffball Lodge is perfect for weekend getaways and longer stays. If you fancy venturing out there are two great pubs serving excellent food within walking distance and this is a great spot from which to explore all that East Sussex and Kent have to offer.

Riverside Log Cabin+Luxury Hot Tub Spa+Copper bath

Charming, riverside log cabin on the bank of the Kennett, overlooking a nature reserve. Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

The Croft

Set in a rural location - perfect for country walks - between Shere, Peaslake and Gomshall in the Surrey Hills, is our newly appointed spacious cabin, in our 2 acre pretty garden. The Croft is a double sized cabin, offering space and tranquility. The area is also fast becoming the South East's mecca for cycling. Peaslake caters for all cyclist's needs. One well behaved dog is most welcome, though must be kept on a lead. The cabin will only sleep 2 adults, and so sorry no babies or children.

Goldcrest Lodge Wadhurst

Goldcrest Lodge is a peaceful hideaway within secluded woods on the 140 acre historic estate of Wadhurst Castle. It is designed to blend in to its woodland setting, yet is bright and spacious with modern luxuries - perfect for a romantic break, a restful escape or for reconnecting with nature. It has a double bedroom (5' bed) with huge picture window, a central main room with sofa bed leading to a kitchen area and separate shower room beyond. Decking and private screened bath. A cosy, private, self contained studio cabin with its own wood-fired Hot-tub, overlooking our woods. We supply the fire wood & get it hot for arrival. Cabin is well equipped, we supply a breakfast starter pack and tea & coffee, and a few treats. We are happy to help set up birthday/anniversary celebration. Small air fryer in kitchen & Gas Weber BBQ available for use. Bring your bikes, we have a cycle rack. Only 1 unit on property, you’ll be comfortably secluded & privacy is respected.

Located just steps from the Tunbridge Wells circular walk and the outstanding Dunorlan Park with stunning gardens and boating lake. The town centre with its plethora of bars and restaurants is just a 20 minute walk away. The Little Barn has designated parking for one car, modern country style interior, private patio and is surrounded by ancient woodland.

We are offering a beautifully converted barn, in a secluded spot about 150m from our house, at the bottom of the garden. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We are happy to welcome a well-behaved dog. We are in the Wealden Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the edge of the Ashdown Forest - Winnie the Pooh territory - and within easy travelling distance of Tunbridge Wells, Eastbourne, Glyndebourne, Lewes, Brighton and London.
