Had a brilliant stay for my partners 30th birthday! The cottage was really cute and cosy and the hot tub was brilliant too. Really comfortable bed and a 20 minute walk away from 'The Shears Inn' pub which is great for a drink and we also had a lovely dinner here. Lorraine (the host) was very responsive via messages and was prepared to go the extra mile for us at all times.

Absolutely beautiful, amazingly stylish, luxurious fixtures and fittings, in the most idyllic setting..We had such a relaxing time, at this cottage in the Somerset countryside. We just simply adored staying here..Nights in the hot tub under the stars are a must, plus cosying up by the log burner..We can not wait to return, Simply one of the best air b n b's we ever had the pleasure to stay at..You won't be disappointed...

Located just outside of Bath with really quick links to local areas, Nimlet Cottage is a gem. Everything beautifully furnished and with all the amenities you could want and need, we had a great Easter break. The hot tub and private garden was great fun after long dog walks in nearby country. We visited a few of the local recommendations, all of which were great. We loved our stay and would love to return!

Second time staying here, it was splendid, the view is great, the property is clean and comfortable. The hot tub is a wonderful addition. We would definitely recommend this for a break

We have just spent the Easter weekend at this wonderful cottage - 4 adults and 2 children under 6 years old, and I have to say that Joel & Gaby’s place near the new forest is absolutely fabulous. Very spacious and ideal if you are looking for a getaway with a hot tub and table tennis in the garden. The cottage is in a great location, about 10 min drive to Paultons Park with peppa pig world so an absolute must for kids. It’s also not far from the new forest itself and Lyndhurst town. It was really tidy & clean, with a well equipped kitchen and bathrooms stocked with fresh towels. We were left a lovely gift on arrival of fresh bread, milk, eggs and a bottle of Prosecco which was an absolute treat! I couldn’t recommend this cottage more - thank you Joel & Gaby we had a fabulous time and would stay again in future.

Very lovely hosts and the place in general is lovely for little families. The property has a very safe enclosed garden which is perfect if you've got little ones. The property is on the grounds of their own property which is something to be mindful of if you're expecting complete privacy. My only negative is that the basic necessities like tea/coffee/sugar are not provided to give you that little head start if you've travelled a long journey. That being said, the place is a beautiful little getaway x

Lovely little house about a 15 mins walk away from beachfront. Nice touches put on by host with fresh breakfast items available along with all the condiments should you wish to eat in. Bed really comfortable, clean and the hot tub was used regularly. Didn't need to contact host as everything was so well explained although Joy did state we could check out later if we needed. Great place to explore and would definitely use again of in the area. Many thanks

Sue and Robert’s cottage was stunning. We had a lovely weekend with our young children. They were both super quick to reply, gave us lots of recommendations and explained how to use the hot tub (which was amazing with lovely views. The kids LOVED it) The welcome bits (bread, coffee, milk, juice ect) was a lovely touch. The place is immaculate and had lots of games and dvd’s. The area is beautiful and so peaceful. The kids said they wanted to stay there FOREVER which says it all. Thankyou Sue and Robert x

A fantastic stay! Peaceful with plenty of walks right on the doorstep. Well equppied cottage and perfect for our dog too. Would definitely recommend!

The exact location isn't too clear when you book - but this place is actually like a small countryside heaven. It feels very peaceful and isolated, although you're within a few minutes drive from amenities (a few supermarkets) and the town centre. Sally was very helpful as soon as arrived, and super responsive all along. The cottage itself was small but perfectly fine for a family with 2 kids (the bedroom, upstairs, is really large though). All the essential was there, and in good working order. And it was great chilling on the lawn by the river, watching the sheep on the other side and the blossoming apple trees in Sally's garden, once the kids were in bed. I wish our stay had been longer to enjoy it further!

Truely stunning stay. Such a beautiful home and location. Would recommend for a family stay as little ones loved the toys, charm and ample space.

Firstly thank you Paul & Sarah for your directions. If you put the cottage post code in to your sat nav it will have you carrying out a U turn on the A31 so please note the directions given. The cottage is in a lovely location and was cosy, well furnished, well equipped and clean. The garden was lovely and great for our dogs but small dogs can squeeze through gaps in the fence (Paul is aware and is planning to block off any escape routes). There were fresh tulips and shortbread to greet us, which was a lovely touch, as well as lovely toiletries. Paul & Sarah were responsive to any queries or needs we had. There are lovely walks through the forest right on your doorstep. There is an outdoor hose for washing muddy footwear and paws. There are outside lights but the torch inside the cottage came in handy. We would happily recommend the cottage for a relaxing break.

Very comfortable, clean and compact accommodation in a beautiful spot with easy access to Yarmouth and Freshwater (and beyond). Proximity to Golden Hill Fort country park was ideal for walking the dogs.

This was my second time staying at Norton Court Farm and it was just as wonderful as the first. The cottage was cozy, spotlessly clean and appointed with many thoughtful amenities that make it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped making it easy to cook meals and the host was very welcoming and offered some lovely local recommendations. Thank you so much for hosting us! :)

We loved our stay here. Beautiful, peaceful location with great walks from the door. The cottage is wonderful, really well equipped and comfortable, it has everything you need and we were very grateful that Caroline provided a cot, highchair and stair gate for our toddler. The garden was huge and perfect for our dog. Caroline and Christopher could not have been more welcoming and kind, really lovely hosts.

We keep returning to this corner of Dorset and this is our third trip to Mapperton - and not our last. Absolutely the most beautiful place and immaculate, tasteful, cosy cottage.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Hazel wrote to us and gave clear instructions for arrival as well as coming to say hi once we got there. The accommodation was lovely and cosy. The amount of space to walk around in the forest was excellent even if we weren’t brave enough to do the flying fox. The Dutch hot tub was excellent once we got it hot and we spent a lovely evening listening to the sound of the forest. Highly recommend (my 4yr old loved all the books as well)

We loved our stay! Beautiful cottage that was superbly clean, lovely location with plenty to do nearby (within 20mins or so drive, plus greatwalks and pubs on the doorstep). We bumped into the hosts a couple of times and they were really friendly. Normally as a family we like to stay in diffeent properties when we head away but we are already exploring dates to return here in the Summer.

A beautiful cottage, bath with a view and lovely hot tub in private garden. Provides everything you need for a relaxing weekend away. Beautiful location, so peaceful. The barn with pool table and gym was a great addition. Responsive host too, a really lovely welcome when we arrived.

One of the best places I've ever stayed. The host laid out age appropriate toys just for my baby girl, the nursery was stunning and all the beautiful vintage toys made it feel magical. The whole property's aesthetic was carefully curated with beautiful furniture, decor and collectables, but also made you feel right at home from the first step inside. The garden was maintained to an impeccable standard and had gorgeous play equipment including the little cottage shed with playhouse set up. Listening to the birds on the morning as light poured into the living room felt heavenly. The host was very friendly and attentive throughout the whole visit, super host status very well deserved. We hope to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to get away into the countryside.

Wow! We had such a lovely stay. We just wanted to kick back for a few days and rest and this was perfect. Perfect cottage and perfect area. The cottage is immaculately kept and so well equipped with lovely little welcoming touches. Croissants were lovely, as were the Ferrero Rocher! Hosts were excellent. We had a short Wifi outage which made no difference to us but Ashley was quick to update us that they had a supplier issue and would be fixed asap. All in all, we had a lovely time, it felt like home from home. We relaxed, enjoyed the log burner and watched the birds! PERFECT! Thank You!

My partner and I where looking for a lovely countryside stay, to enjoy the fresh air and to get out with the dog for picturesque walks and Harriets place gave us just that! Slowley Farm was warm, inviting and clean - offering us everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cosy indoor fireplace was lovely to enjoy in the evening and the surrounding area offered beautiful views of the countryside. We would certainly recommend the farm, as it's as beautiful on the inside as it is in the outside (with a lovely Koi fish pond!) - We would definitely stay again 😊

Suzy and Andrew were super hosts. We had to arrive late in the evening and Andrew came to greet us. They were very responsive - we needed a high chair as advertised and it was brought over within minutes! The cottage is absolutely beautiful situated in the most picturesque, peaceful village. Highly recommend - and the cider mill was fantastic, just a five minute stroll through the pretty village. Thanks so much, Andrew and Suzy!

The cottage was stunning, clean and tidy. The beds were comfy and had a great nights sleep. Tina was fantastic on her communication throughout the booking and picked up straight away when we got lost. Arrived with my dad who is disabled, easy access to the property and worked well for him. Only down side was the heating didn’t work in one of the bedrooms and the property felt on the cold side, Other than that we had a lovely stay and would recommend to friends and family and if visiting the area again would 100% return.
