The cabin sleeps 6 and has a fully stocked kitchen, two large bedrooms with king size beds, a sleeper sofa in the loft, a master bath with double shower heads and soaking tub, a living room with a cozy fireplace, an arcade table, hammock and rocking chairs on the wrap around porch, propane grill, charcoal grill, fire pit, and much more. It is the guest house for the estate, and there is a larger main house that is also available for short term rentals. Both booked together make a wonderful vacation! The cabin feels as if you are off in a peaceful world by yourself. It is at the end of a peninsula with a half-mile driveway away from the nearest road and surrounded by a 28,000-acre lake.

Enjoy the fire pit, and arcade, after a day at the lake. Fishing poles, SUP, 2 kayaks, & life jackets are provided. No water at the dock Labor Day - May.

You will have use of the swimming pool, basketball court, and playground. Stop by and visit the store for bait and snacks. Food trucks on Saturday.

Come relax & enjoy our charming cottage on the main channel of Douglas Lake. Experience breathtaking sunsets, lakeside bonfires, & refreshing dips in the cool water. Please note, the water level is highest from May-August. This home accommodates 4 adults max & 3 children. The dock does NOT have water at it during winter/early spring drawdown (typically Oct–April). Guests can still walk to the shoreline.
