TAN HOWE DYKE is situated between Keswick and Cockermouth, close to Bassenthwaite Lake. A refurbished cottage dating back to Victorian times within a small group of rural properties, opposite picturesque St. Barnabas Church Setmurthy; enjoying beautiful Lakeland views towards the Skiddaw Massif & Binsey. The property is just a short walk from the Lakes Distillery which boasts a tour and Bistro. Fishing, available at nearby Bassenthwaite Lake. TAN HOWE DYKE features landscaped garden and patio.

Dating from around 1760, Derwent Bank is an attractive Georgian family house in the village of Great Broughton, Cumbria. "The Cottage" part of the house has a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with use of the front garden and verandah, Wifi, 3 large bedrooms, bathroom, dining room and a TV lounge with NetFlix & Amazon Prime. The property is approached via a driveway with parking at the rear. "The Hayloft" sleeping two with ensuite can also be booked if required. Access available from the cottage.

The Barn, Mosser - For 2 adults and 1 child.

The Barn is a beautifully refurbished retreat in a quiet corner of the Lake District National Park. Built in c.1870 as part of How Farm, The Barn is a very comfortable self-contained space which sleeps two adults and two children. It has a small garden, unique open living space incorporating the kitchen and lounge, lobby, shower room and large bedroom. The Barn is in a countryside location yet gives easy access to all the North West Lakes and the lesser known but very scenic West Coast.

West View Beach House - Cumbrian Coast

West view is a luxury property located directly on Nethertown beach. It is in a tranquil area with amazing sea views. It has a dog friendly beach, is great for fishing, has lots of wildlife and has the most stunning sunsets. In winter, enjoy cosy evenings with the fire lit. An ideal base for exploring the Western Lake District and Cumbrian Coast. It is surrounded by scenic walks and activities. It is close to St Bees coast to coast walk too. Please note- We no longer have a hot tub.

Perfectly situated to explore the Northern Lakes and beyond, Wayside Cottage is located in the village of High Lorton, half way between the market town of Cockermouth and Crummock Water in the Buttermere Valley. The Cottage is a beautifully presented end of terrace property, ideal for those seeking a traditional Cumbrian village escape. Lorton has a small village shop selling your essentials, tennis courts and a friendly local pub serving great food ‘The Wheatsheaf Inn’.

Welcome to Highside a delightful cottage set in a secluded location overlooking the tranquil village of Lorton. Dating back to 1695 (as engraved on the fireplace in the kitchen), the cottage retains many original features but has been sympathetically modernised. The cottage resides within our farm, Terrace Farm with open countryside and panoramic views of the Lakeland Fells and numerous Wainwrights including Melbreak, Whiteside, Low Fell, Hopegillhead to name but a few.

The Mews, cosy barn for 2-4 people.

The Mews is a beautifully converted barn, once part of a larger farm and is now one of a small complex of buildings, surrounded by farmland and overlooking the hills and valleys of the NW Lake District. This location is the most peaceful and picturesque area and is perfect for walking, cycling, running, open water swimming etc.... or for those who like to take things a little easier it is perfect for day trips into the Lakes and toward the lesser known scenic west coast.

A lovely cottage on the edge of the Lake District sleeping up to four. Original features with oak beams, deep bath, comfy beds, wood burning stove. Two bedrooms, king size and twin/super king, the twin beds can be 'zip and linked' together to form super king. Quiet village location with pub. Beautiful lakes and mountains nearby for walks and adventures. Cockermouth market town is 4 miles away, with supermarkets, good independent shops, restaurants and cafes.

Thorny Crag, glamping barn

Glamping barn. A traditional barn divided in to two, available to book individualy for six in the Byre side, four in Thorny side or together for ten. This is for Thorny crag if you would like to book for both for a group of twelve please also book The Byre glamping barn Only accessible by foot 1/2 mile walk. Located on the Dash farmland, remote and secluded with spectacular views onto Skiddaw and Bassenthwaite Lake. The nearest shops are eight miles away.

The Old Byre, luxury 5* barn conversion with Gold award. Ideally situated on the edge of the Lake District National Park and The Solway Coast AONB Two bedroom cottage with family bathroom, ideal for couples or families. Oil central heating, fully equipped kitchen, furnished & decorated to a very high standard. Great views of the Lake District fells. Private outdoor Jacuzzi. Safe, secure parking in the courtyard right outside the front door.

Clough Head pod is perfect for romantic, cosy nights away and to explore the beautiful picturess mountains right outside your door! This takes glamping to a new level. Head outside to it’s own private dining area overlooking Blencathra which is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine after a day of exploring or take a soak in the hot tub and read a good book!
