The Dairy, near Launceston

Our accommodation is a beautifully converted dairy. Its half way between the north and south coasts of Cornwall and also within easy reach of both Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor. The whole place has underfloor heating and is all on one level, with its own garden. Our farm is tucked away in a small hamlet, with lots of lovely walks to be had both on and around it. There is also an excellent pub within walking distance. We are happy to accept well behaved dogs.

Explore the numerous local footpaths, or take a short trip to Minions and discover the stunning Bodmin Moor. The historic market town of Tavistock is just 9 miles away, and Dartmoor is well worth a visit. Additionally, there are a number of National Trust properties are nearby, such as Lanhydrock House and Cothele.

A family run business is run from adjacent to the property The annex has its own private entrance up a flight of steps. Entrance door leads into a modern and comfortable open plan set up with a double bed, bathroom and a kitchenette including microwave, small oven fridge, and electric hob. Our luxury holiday cottage is nestled within the tranquil valley of the River Inny. The cottage sits in an iddillic rural location on a former farm stead and along side a former water mill. The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space. PLEASE NOTE for health and safety reasons we exclude children under 8 years of age

Micro Barn Conversion - Hot Tub - Dog Friendly

This adorable barn was converted by my dad and I, using as many upcycled materials as possible. Where we couldn't use recycled materials we sourced locally ( All the timber was processed 5 minutes away!) The Barn comes with its own enclosed south facing garden. We are located 334m above sea level in the Tamar Valley and within walking distance to Kit Hill Country Park. The views from the barn are incredible especially at sun rise!
