Chiltern Barn at Wheeler End, Buckinghamshire

Chiltern Barn is a 230 year old converted hay barn in Wheeler End in Buckinghamshire - half way between London and Oxford, close to Marlow and Henley-on-Thames with easy access to the M40. Wheeler End is a small village in The Chilterns built around a large common. There is a friendly local pub, The Chequers and Lane End, less than mile away has local amenities, including a well stocked Londis, a newsagents, excellent farm shop, gastro-pub, Indian and Chinese takeaways, hair dressers etc.

The building is quiet, the rooms are a comfortable size, the master bedroom has an en-suite. The breakfast bar is a lovely spot to start the day or to work from. There are tennis Courts in the park open to the public. The town centre is a 20 min walk and the country side walks are 20 mins in the other direction. There is an allocated parking space and a public car park.

The hallway leads to a fully furnished bright kitchen with dining table and work station. Followed by a new downstairs Shower room . A uniquely furnished living room has a sofa/single bed, 3 chairs and TV. Stairs lead up to the bedroom with a double bed, hanging space and chest of drawers. Sit out in your own sunny patio. Owner has 2 dogs that are under control.

Our self contained annex has its own front door and off road parking for one car . It is fully insulated with its own boiler and hot water. There is a kitchen, with microwave and induction hobs. There is an en-suite shower room with large shower . The bed is a double wall bed with storage either side and its own lighting. The room is flooded with light. There is a seating area with smart tv and a workspace. There is breakfast bar for two.
