This home is absolutely beautiful - even more so than the photos! Breanne was friendly and responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. There were SO many thoughtful little touches to welcome us (and our pups!) and make us feel comfortable and at home. The yard is big and private which was great for our pups, and the huge master suite in addition gave everyone lots of space. the master bath area, shower, and tub were so luxurious and the perfect place to unwind. Beautiful area with so many things to do. Great distance to local events and shopping. The house was exactly how described and the host was very responsive

great home with a kitchen that was well stocked with everything needed to cook like I was in my own hime. Mike was very helpful, when the grill was out of propane, he was over immediately with a new tank. side note: there was already a new tank behind the grill, but I was blind. either way, everything was smooth, clean, and as expected, amazing home for the price for sure!

This place is a true gem, comfortable, private, and you can walk anywhere in Old Colorado City with ease. I stayed for 5 weeks and didn't want to leave. You can see Pikes Peak from the front porch, and hiking is beyond abundant. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Beth is a fantastic host and this is a fantastic place to stay.

Teresa was a great host. She was very quick to respond and her place was warm and welcoming. It was very family friendly and she offered many recommendations that we found helpful. I would definitely stay again next time we visit Colorado Springs! Thanks Teresa!

We had a lovely stay at Catherine's house, there is lots of space and has everything you need! She was a responsive and helpful host, and we would definitely stay here again. Our teens loved the foos ball table and comfy basement, and the kitchen is updated, clean, and has all the supplies needed for cooking. The house is also easy walking distance to Old Colorado City and several great shops and restaurants.

Me and my family enjoyed our short stay in Tim’s place. It is really a cozy home, very clean styled with a great taste which caught my attention. My mom & 2 daughters liked it so much. The location is also a plus factor, safe & quiet. All positive comments about our stay! Highly recommend!

Excellent entertainment included with the convertible pool, air hockey and pool table. Cozy beds and couch. Highlight was the perfect water pressure and distribution of water from the shower, although a little tight for space. Overall, great place to stay!

Very nice and spacious! Perfect for 8 people and did not feel crowded at all. Pretty central location as well. The hot tub was so big, which was great because we could all hang out at once. Would stay again!

We stayed for 3 weeks and were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and preparing food. The appliances were nice and we appreciated the laundry pods. It was well stocked with everything we needed. It was also nice to have the fireplace the few days it snowed. We were very cozy staying in and watching movies. It's also a great location. We walked to the Blue Moose for pizza and beer, and walked to the pond for some fishing. Woodland Park is close for going to the grocery store or out to dinner. Erin is very responsive and ensured we had a 5-star stay. We would definitely stay here again the next time we're in CO. -Jim & Mindy

The home has tons of beds, almost two kitchens (full size fridge & microwave downstairs). Sofas and sofas and more sofas. Julia has more kids books then all our Grandbabies put together. The beds were so comfortable, the views incredible. Julia was absolutely wonderful to work with even with all the mess and disaster AirBNB put us through she was fantastic! I can’t recommend her enough!

I stayed at this wonderful house with a large group of multi-generational family members, with kids ranging in age from 3 to 13. It was so perfect for us! There was so much to do and the hosts have thought of literally everything (like even having a baby hiking backpack tucked away in a closet). Given the extensive amenities, there’s a lot to operate in the house (eg pool, hot tub, etc), and I love how all directions are clearly labeled all over the house. Excursions to the paint mines and the Western Museum of Mining were terrific outings with kids. The kids especially loved the pool, the hot tub, the movie theater, and getting to all sleep together in the basement floor. We had zero issues but the hosts were very responsive and I’m sure they would have resolved any problems quickly. We would definitely come back!

This was my first time staying at an Air B&B and it was a very easy process! Home was very clean and accommodating for 15 guests that included kids who didn’t complain about being bored!! The games and outdoor slide kept everyone entertained!

Wendy’s home was even better than we anticipated. 2 living areas, 2 full bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and great views of the mountain. She was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

Great cabin in perfect location. Very peaceful setting - quiet, plenty of deer to watch and a relaxing front porch for morning coffee. My wife and I spent most of the days hiking and it was nice to come “home” to your cabin to relax. We will be back.

Let’s just say if you love peace,quiet and privacy this is the place for you! We had an amazing stay here not only was it comfy, cozy and felt like home… if you need to go out get supplies or even grab a bit to eat, everything is close by! We would stay here again without a doubt! And last but not least if you love trails and adventures, the hot tub hits different just don’t forget to be respectful just as much as our hosts were! Definitely check out this space!

We had an amazing time for 3 nights at Black eagle ranch! We had fun walking around in the 3 feet of snow on the enormous property. We came with 4 adults and 1 child to go to the ice castles and check out ice fest. We loved how easy it was to get to and from cripple creek. Karen was super responsive and very kind to us. Her checkout process was especially nice since we had so many people and a child. Everything was definitely worth the price and would love to come back again.

We rented Brian’s place to celebrate our son’s graduation from USAFA. The location was perfect! Close to the south gate, convenient access to the local park with a playground and the many tourist attractions. The house accommodated our large family including our one year old granddaughter. Brian and Kristen thought of everything for baby supplies so that we didn’t need to haul any large baby items across the country. They even had a deluxe umbrella stroller for our use. Our Granddaughter loved the mini “roller coaster” and especially the children’s swing in the front yard. The outdoor seating area with gas fireplace and pool table were a big hit for pasta night with the Cadets. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of place settings for our large group. Convenient labels identified the light switches and location of supplies. The host was very responsive to our requests.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very comfortable and homey. The whole family fit comfortably and had a great time! Very highly recommended!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!! Barb was such a fantastic host. It took her no time at all to respond to any and all questions we had during our stay. She was very friendly and kind wether it be thru text or phone call. We had our two dogs with us and it was set up great for them both inside and out. The yard was very well fenced in with two separate sections if needed. My family and I would absolutely recommend Barb and her place to anyone looking for a beautiful, cozy, at home stay. This will be our go to for the future.
