This is one of the best apartments we’ve stayed at. It’s comfortable and well furnished. There were snacks, coffee, and creamers in the refrigerator. The location is so convenient to UNC and downtown. We hope to stay here again.

This studio is a gem! Pristine - quiet- so comfortable and stocked with too many amenities to list! The hosts have designed this space with not only functionality, but also with a homelike feel and have successfully anticipated possible needs of their guests. Even though I didn’t need much I appreciated the drawer of multiple toiletry options in the bathroom and multiple extras in the kitchen ( coffee filters, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, food storage options, and cleaning products. I was able to prepare several meals and found all pots and utensils needed. I enjoyed a daily walk throughout the neighborhood. I spent most of my time around the UNC campus which was about a 15 minute commute. . This will be my first choice when in the area.

Blake's airbnb was clean, spacious, and convenient. I was stay there again!

The apartment was perfect! The work space was great and it already has a display screen. Mohmeet checked in during my stay and was very proactive. I will definitely stay here again. The walls are pretty thin. It didn’t bother me, but if you’re a light sleeper it could be a bother.

Great location, love the balcony and the view! Bed very comfortable... my Google maps did have trouble finding the complex...I had to look at the map to figure it out but was fine once I did that! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! Super close to downtown, but far enought to where your not bothered by the clubs or bars. My partner and I while definetly be back in the future!

As managers of an airbnb property in GA we are attuned to what makes a place great and Emily's lovely apartment passed the test with flying colors. Lovely furniture, extremely comfortable beds, beautiful linens, and an Olympic sized shower made for a restful and restorative visit. Gloria Ave is a beautiful tree-lined street with gorgeous landscaping. Quiet and a stone's throw from the Duke campus. thanks for a great visit!

I stayed in this unit with my small dog for a month, and it was a super comfortable place for a long-term stay! The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in, the bed is comfy, and the space is great. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and convenient. Parking was never an issue. Adam and Rachel were always VERY responsive when issues cropped up—I really appreciated how quickly they got back to me with a resolution. The only thing to note - the walls in the unit are very thin, so you will 100% hear your neighbors—just a reminder to be considerate if you choose to stay here. I’d absolutely stay again!!

This was the perfect place for my wedding day for getting ready with bridesmaids and family! Both apartments are beautiful and spacious and the location cannot be beat.

Patricia left clear instructions for checking in, staying, and getting around town. She was flexible with our check in time and gave plenty of local recommendations. The place was as described and pictured: clean, peaceful, private and located right in town. Our stay was short and easy, but Patricia left plenty of instruction and was available in case something went wrong. Couldn't recommend more

Jeanette’s place was perfect! Super peaceful and quiet, amazingly clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Jeanette was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. We 100% recommend and would love to stay here again next time we’re in the area :)

I was visiting Durham for a Duke reunion. it was just me, and I’m glad I found Paulina’s place, which was just the right size with one big bed. It was close to Duke and some of my favorite restaurants, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and all of the check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow. I’d stay here again.

This is the perfect location if you plan to attend anything at UNC. We walked to Franklin Street and Kenan Stadium easily. Everything was just as described and pictured. Mimi was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. The apartment was so clean, cozy, and cute. The bed was very comfortable and the little sun patio was really nice to sit out on. The location is unbeatable and within walking distance to so many things, including downtown. Elizabeth and Amy are incredible hosts. I can't say enough good things about this place and can't wait to say here again!

What a beautiful home. My kids and I felt right home. The host was very responsive. I’d stay here again.

I had an amazing time here with my partner. The suite was clean and really made you feel like you’re in a home away from home. The hot tub and pool were our favorite aspect of the accommodation. Angela is a super thoughtful, amicable, and informative host.

Basic, peaceful, comfortable. Had everything I needed. Easy to find, good instructions, and Amy checked in regularly. Would stay again.
