Kathy and Phil were fantastic. My daughter and I felt right at home in their guesthouse. Kathy made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great tips on sights to visit while we were in town. Very safe and close to all attractions in and around LA. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

From the moment we arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. What truly stood out was her beautiful victorian style home, spotless, attention to detail. Every interaction with Marti and Bill went above and beyond to anticipate our needs. A very thoughtful gesture, the beautiful flowers they arranged on our arrival. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in every aspect of our stay, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, fostering a sense of comfort and relaxation. It's clear that the couple takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys making guests feel at home. This level of dedication is rare and truly appreciated.

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. The hosts went above and beyond in every way. It was super clean, beautifully organized, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like a boutique hotel. From the folded towels on the bed to the Brita water filter, fresh bananas, real cream for the coffee (not powdered!), and even oatmeal stocked in the room; everything was intentional and generous. The bathroom was spotless and felt luxurious, with great shampoo and toiletries. The bed and pillows were insanely comfortable; I slept like a rock. It’s rare to see this level of care and detail in an Airbnb. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Lisette goes above and beyond to ensure that her guests feel entirely at home and cared for. She waited to greet me upon arrival, offered wonderful local options, and made sure I had everything I needed for breakfast! Her place is in a great location in the Palisades, I felt entirely safe as a solo traveler. While it was accessible to great beaches and restaurants, it was also very peaceful for a great night's sleep. Thanks Lisette!

This place was amazing. This is close to Disney and all the great restaurants. Hosts are very welcoming and friendly, we will be coming back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Helen's place is in a quiet neighborhood and has a nice view from its backyard. The room is clean and the treats are an added bonus. Helen is very friendly and accommodating. Her recommendation for a walkable trail where the Hollywood sign can be seen is amazing!

Fantastic spot, Felix was very responsive, amazing view, 5-star spot, incredible view. Will come back for sure !

Ollie was so amazing! Nice, welcoming & responsive. Her place was beyond beautiful & worth every Penny. Dont hesitate to book. Her breakfast is delicious & she provides everything you may need during your stay. Her generosity is so sweet. I look forward to my next visit with her.
