Very big house! It was 3 stories (so yes, lots of stairs!) with 3 different decks and a huge backyard with plenty of room! It was easy to find and access. The hosts were amazing!

The house was the perfect spot to stay during our visit in Salt Lake City, our only wish was that we were staying longer! The neighborhood is quiet and it was easy to get around. My favorite was the backyard, especially at night with the lights and hot tub. I loved the character of the house as well! I would recommend this place to anyone and would come back for sure!

Everything was pretty much as described in the listing. It's defininately an older home but with enough modern updates to suit most any needs among a peaceful, relaxing environment. The house and bedrooms feel spacious, beds are super comfy, and the location was quiet and felt very safe while centrally located. We loved the carport, ample parking space and the lovely patio which was a huge bonus! Brynne was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Overall I would certainly recommend and have already booked this home again for another visit in August.

We are a family of 3 coming to SLC for a ski trip, and we are glad to choose Jason’s location. It’s in a great location with easy access to ski resort, great restaurant and airport. Jason is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay and will come back.

Loved our stay at Bruce’s place. The house was very clean and comfortable and Bruce was very responsive to our needs. The kitchen had everything that we needed and more. It was a great space for our mini family reunion. We would definitely stay there again.

We hosted a women's leadership retreat at this property and the location was absolutely stellar—peaceful, beautiful, and close to everything we needed. The house itself had great space for group gatherings and felt like a true getaway. Were there a few hiccups? Yes. But here’s the real win: the hosts were incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to address every concern quickly. That kind of service makes all the difference. In the end, the warmth of the host and the overall experience made our stay memorable. We’d absolutely return—and recommend it to others looking for a beautiful spot with attentive hosts who genuinely care.

We were in town for my daughter’s wedding and Allison’s place fit our 17 family members perfectly. We had such a great time with our family and felt right at home. This place will always hold a special place in our hearts and are happy to recommend it to anyone.

Traci was very easy to work with. Area has a lot of shopping. No problems with finding a parking spot.

This spot is just one block away from Liberty Park, that has lots of trails and a bird sanctuary, as well as two restaurant/cafes around the park edges. It also has a peaceful backyard with a fountain and plenty of privacy, and Melanie invites her guests to eat there or just enjoy the beautiful scenery. Melanie and her husband are not just in this for the money; they clearly welcome the opportunity to meet and host people. There was a bowl of fruit to welcome us. When we needed a sponge or we were out of cream, they supplied them seemingly instantly, and they also shared chocolate chip cookies straight out of the oven. The space is in the basement but has windows, and it's got the most space we've ever seen, so it's good for longer stays. The only downside, which Melanie warns about in her listing, is if you're tall you have to watch out for a couple of places where you can bump your head on the ceiling--but my husband only had to do this once to learn his lesson!

What can I not say about this place. First off, the location is amazing. Very peaceful area considering it being right off the highway! Gas station is across the street and there’s amazing breakfast spots less than a mile away. The house was amazing. Very clean, the central heat was amazing for the 30 degree Salt Lake Weather! I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making my home away from home, perfect!

My stay was great! Anthony was very quick to answer my questions that the location was perfect for my concert at the complex, it was nice to not have to walk very far or wait for a ride! It was very clean and in a great location to walk to local businesses!

Ashley's apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities necessary for our stay. Its downtown location was very convenient. We would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Tim’s! The place was immaculate and a great location for our trip. Close to downtown and a lot of nice food options in the area. We also loved that the property was quiet and gated.

POV: The unit looks like the pictures. Adorable!Communication with host was wonderful. Precise instructions. No map of amenities in unit, but reached out to host and quickly received a layout of amenities. This unit is in the most southern building of three called “Yellow Sky.” The pictures that the host includes in the listing shows several fitness areas and clubhouse amenities. There is only one of the fitness areas and no hot tub/pool area nor clubhouse in this building. The fitness area (floral wall in listing pics) in this building has bikes and some small hand weights. We had to walk to the most northern building to get the full gym. This was fine because it’s not a huge walk, but would have liked to have known before booking. The pool and a large hot tub are in that same building. In the middle building is the clubhouse with a pool table and two hot tubs. It is very noisy as stated in the listing. The unit is on the same side as the highway, but I wore earplugs and it helped.

I flew in for a conference at the Salt Palace for a few days and the location and price with parking for a rental car made it substantially more affordable than renting a hotel room.

We loved staying in this townhouse. We use to live in the same area and we felt right back at home. The townhouse was in a great location, well kept and so spacious for our family! They made everything so simple from checking in, parking, and providing all the basics. Would highly reccomend!

This studio appartment is a wonderful location to explore downtown Salt Lake City! It is especially convienient location for visiting the convention center. The appartment is perfectly outfitted with everything you could need, and Jeff is incredibly kind and responsive

Great location with excellent parking right outside the door. Three minor items to be aware of: (1) The bed is soft/saggy, (2) The sliding door to the bathroom isn't completely private, (3) There is a sulfur smell in the kitchen occasionally, I think from the sink vent. Overall, it's a good place for the cost.

We had a great stay, right down the street from the convention center which is why we were in Salt Lake, for a volleyball tournament. The place was awesome. Very cool vibe, we would stay again in a heartbeat! Communication was lovely from start to finish! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
