One bedroom converted dairy in Willoughby

A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Air bed for 3rd guest. ) Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

The Dairy

The Dairy is a delightful cosy ground floor annexe to our 17th Century Thatched Cottage. It has private access with its own outdoor south facing seating area and view of the orchard and garden. The Dairy consists of one double bed bedroom that sleeps 2 guests, shower room and separate lounge area with Wi-Fi, TV and Tea / coffee facilities. The bright lounge area also has access to the main house. The annexe has recently been tastefully refurbished as part of renovations to the main house

Refurbished in July 2023 and including free Wi-Fi & Netflix this is an ideal space for a city break, work trip or for any visiting academics.

Oak Barn is a renovated barn surrounded by fields on the edge of the historic village of Braunston on the Northamptonshire/Warwickshire border. The barn is surrounded by 27 acres of fields which border the Oxford Canal. Oak Barn is 2 storey and has 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite, lounge/diner, kitchen and downstairs toilet. At the rear is a private patio area with garden furniture where you can relax and enjoy views over the surrounding fields.

Self-contained one bedroomed (with king size bed) detached converted barn. The Stables is on the edge of the village of Hellidon in a countryside location in rural Northamptonshire close to the Warwickshire and Oxfordshire border. There are fabulous views from the property. There is private parking. The Stables is a separate annex to our home. You will have your own area of the garden adjacent to the Stables.
