The place is wonderful, apartment as described. we came in late March and it was pleasant weather but a little chilly in the rooms. they had a coffee machine but no coffee. we came to hike, where the tram is just outside the apartment, or a 2 hr walk. the building it's in is really cool. the balcony overlooks a nice view too. the lower stars for the communication is because I messaged the host multiple times for instructions on how to get in, and he never responded. luckily, there is a number outside the apartment that you call and he will instantly tell you how to get in. I would have liked clearer communication because I was getting anxious with it. if you don't have a German number you might not be able to call them. otherwise, real nice place :))

Estuvimos en un buen lugar con todo lo necesario y acogedor; estaba cerca de todo, en una zona tranquila y bonita. El apartamento lindo, iluminado, tal como se muestra. Gracias por todo🇩🇪

I had a great time. I traveled alone, for person it is very spacious and everything you need is there. The hosts have lived in it themselves before and you can feel that from the little personal touches that are left (such as the shells and stones collection displayed in the closet of the second bedroom). The furniture is a bit sparse, but functional, as is the kitchen. I think families could also be very happy here. The location is excellent for those who seek a bit of silence, a quiet neighborhood with good public transport connections to the city center, plenty of grocery stores nearby and also some nice restaurants. The apartment is at the first and second floor. On the ground floor there is the office of the host, and two other rooms where currently his daughter lives. In the basement there is a shared washing machine and dryer, very convenient for longer stays (like mine). All in all a wonderful stay, thank you Moritz and co.

Große Gastfreundschaft und liebevolle Gestaltung, die richtig Lust auf die Stadtbesichtigung macht. Ein wunderschönes Viertel von Dresden, deutlich ruhiger als das Zentrum. Gute Verkehrsanbindung, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vielfältige Essensangebote in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The apartment was just like the photos. It was welcoming, bright and sunny inside with good heting for the winter conditions. It has a lovely big living room with pot plants everywhere to make it feel green, and a door out to a back garden (though being winter we didn't actually use this). We were very well situated for groceries and shops and found a lovely greek restaurant within walking distance. Stephan could not have been more generous and helpful. There was food left in the cupboards and fridge and we were welcome to use it. He also left us Christmas decorations to use which we set up and enjoyed. I felt I could message with any problems and they would be attended to immediately. Neighbours are also kind and friendly. We had a super stay.

Iris ist eine freundliche Gastgeberin und hat immer schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Überraschend gut alles, meine Familie mit Hund war über Weihnachten da, um mit mir auf der Reha die Feiertage zu verbringen. Es war einfach perfekt!

Ich kann Jörg nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Das Appartment ist sehr ruhig, sehr sauber und für mein Empfinden wundervoll eingerichtet. An den Wänden hängen viele Kunstwerke, teils such von Jörg selbst. Da ich selbst sehr kreativ bin schätze ich das Ambiente sehr. Jörg und ich haben schon vereinbart, dass ich sein Appartment für Besuche in Dresden weiter nutzen werde. Es liegt sehr günstig am Alaunpark, mitten in der Neustadt, was für mich zum Feiern und Tanzen ein Heimspiel war.

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Ein 1-Zimmer Apartment mit Küche, Bad und Balkon. Die Unterkunft ist nicht makellos und gewinnt wahrscheinlich keinen Ästhetikpreis. Dies tut dem Ganzen jedoch auch nichts zur Sache. Denn am Ende ist sie eine gute, preiswerte Lösung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, in der Nähe zur Elbe und mit guter ÖPNV Anbindung.

Mein 12 tägiger Aufenthalt bei Richard in Triebischtal war sehr schön . Alles war so , wie es in dem Angebot beschrieben war . Die Schlafcouch war mir etwas zu hart . Die Nachbarn waren immer zu einem Plausch bereit und sehr hilfsbereit. Um die Ecke gibt es Kaufland . Mit der S- Bahn ist man in 3 Minuten in Meißen . Man sollte unbedingt am Bahnhof aussteigen - die Aussicht von der Altstadtbrücke auf das Panorama der Stadt ist traumhaft . In der Tourist-Information Meißen kann man sich Infomaterial und Anregungen holen . Ein Besuch im Museum ist auf jeden Fall anzuraten . In Dresden ist man mit der S - Bahn in ca. 30 Minuten . Ich hatte einen wunderschönen Urlaub und bin kulturhistorisch voll auf meine Kosten gekommen.

Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, nur ein paar hundert Meter bis zur Frauenkirche. Auch Parken klappte problemlos. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut eingerichtet, die Kommunikation war freundlich. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!
