The home was amazingly peaceful with great views. Weather was a little chilly when we were there, thus didn't get to take advantage of the fantastic outdoor areas. Plenty of towels and thoughtful amenities such as shampoo, body wash, bar soap, paper towels, coffee items, etc. Bradley was extremely responsive when we were there.

This home is just a short driving distance to a lot of local attractions, restaurants, and shopping, but in a nice residential area. The home matched the description and there were no surprises. Hosts were very friendly and gave some great suggestions for dining that matched our requests. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a cute house with some charm!

Stacy's place was great. We visited for an alumni weekend at UD. It was close to campus and very walkable to everything downtown. We will look to stay here again next year.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Meg was thorough about check in directions and helpful with local recommendations that are walking distance. Excellent location near downtown and lots of coffee shops and restaurants. Beautiful views of the city and River. We loved the warmth of this old house and it was clean and decluttered with an updated kitchen. Enjoyed the back screened in porch. Would definitely stay here again!

Sherri is very responsive. The house was roomy, beautifully maintained w wonderful interior decoration. There is a sunroom, perfect for visiting and coffee. Sherri provided everything you could think of, gorgeous fresh flowers and plants throughout the house, snacks, water, everything you need. It was a great location for the wedding we attended, 5-8 minutes to downtown. We had time between the wedding and reception and it was a perfect place for the family to go. There was outdoor seating and lots of room inside. Our 2 yr old granddaughter loved the room with a trundle bed and pink flower pillows. We are not used to traffic, so there was a bit more than expected. If you live in town (we do not), you probably would not notice it . We would stay there again, very nice place , first-class host.

Jim (Zeke) was the most friendly airbnb host I’ve ever had! His property is absolutely beautiful - super cozy tiny home with an amazing view of the pond. Zeke was super accommodating with our check in/out times and gave us a tour of the property even when we arrived late at night. Please don’t use this space as just a place to sleep - plan to spend quite a bit of time exploring the trails around the property, enjoying the fire pit, and taking a swim in the refreshing pond. We are so grateful for how welcoming Zeke was, and will definitely be back!

We used it as a base to explore the rest of the area and could have stayed for much longer discovering all the sights. It was nice to come back to all the creature comforts of home (including a dishwasher!) and the canoes were a nice bonus. Clean and cozy place for exploring the area. Yes it's by the railroad. Bring your melatonin and white noise machines, the trains do blow whistles often. Do check out Timmermans Supper Club you can see from the house across the water for a fancier dinner out. Don't miss the river walk down to Star Brewery in Dubuque, IA + historic shot tower. And for a dinner + entertainment we enjoyed Frank O'Dowds Irish pub in Galena. We also explored Maquoketa caves and took the Fenelon place elevator ride for a picturesque view of the city. Location is a little more in a run-down type area by the tracks, but the house itself is updated and clean inside. Several security cameras are used reducing the feeling of privacy, but safer for belongings.

This home was beautiful, clean and cozy. Bed was very comfortable. Host was very responsive.

this was a great spot to stay for our trip Dubuque. in a quit neighborhood surrounded by historic homes and close to the downtown will be checking with Nathan next year for our trip to Dubuque

A nice quiet spot in a little town with a local bar and grill next door. A perfect spot for me passing through on business.

The house was nice and clean when we arrived! The bed was super comfortable and the adjustable bed was awesome! The hot tub is the best Airbnb hot tub I’ve been in! The house had everything we needed for a two night stay from towels, pillows, blankets and kitchen utensils. Nice quality of utensils to use. Luke and Maria were great hosts. They were super communicative and very prompt on any questions we had! Maria even got us in for a last minute painting class and it was everything and more than what we could ask for. We definitely will be back!!!!!

Great rental! Easy walking distance to coffee shops, cafes, lots of things. Our family of 4 stayed and it was plenty of space, probably more than we needed. Great hot tub and everything was exactly as described. We would stay again!

The cabin was beyond peaceful and very private! But not far from shopping, and restaurants! Hot tub was clean and very well maintained! Was such an amazing/beautiful getaway!

A very nice house with a lot of room and in a good part of town not to far from the main road and the restaurants.

We have nothing but great praises for this cabin! Very clean the moment we stepped in! Having a bed and bathroom and living area on both levels was terrific. Plenty of games, blankets and towels. Kitchen is small but has everything we needed for our stay. The outside spaces are to die for and the view is hard to beat. You can walk trails around the pond or even canoe on the pond! The views of Dubuque at night are also beautiful. The place was so quiet and relaxing and absolutely perfect for us! We are already planning on coming back! Rob was very responsive and gave us all the information we needed!! Thanks again Rob!

Spencer was great to work with in planning my son’s graduation celebration. He was responsive and helpful. This was our 3rd stay with Spencer and we were delighted as usual! We would definitely stay again! Plenty of room and very clean!
