This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. The villa is newly built for maximum comfort and luxury with 4 ensuite bedrooms and all other amenities you can need. This sweet, sunny, comfortable, and very spacious apartment is placed between Split and Omiš. It is located on the second floor and offers a beautiful view of the sea and the islands. It is ideal for families with children or for couples. From the big comfortable terrace, you are looking at the beach. The big pebble beach is next to the apartment, only 50 metres away. You only have to cross the street. Along the entire coast in the direction of Omiš are many beautiful beaches.

Apartman ima 69 m2 , renoviran je 2023.godine te nudi prostrani dnevni boravak sa potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom , lođu na jugu, dvije komodne spavaće sobe , te kupoanicu. Svaka prostorija je klimatizirana. Televizori su postavljeni u dnevni boravak i u obje spavaće sobe, te se nudi Netflix usluga. Apartman je udaljen samo 150 metara od prekrasne šljunčane plaže. U okruženju zgrade nalaze se trgovine i kafići.
