This studio apartment has a total surface of 100 m2, half of them being the big terrace which host the very intimate private jacuzzi. This is the perfect couple spot, because the line of walnuts which is near the terrace offers the exact amount of natural privacy needed to fully enjoy the jacuzzi. The apartment is an open-space studio with a king size bed, a couch, a dining area and a kitchenette. Smoking is not allowed inside, is allowed only on terrace.

The apartment offer an amazing view over Timisoara and surroundings from the 10th floor of the apartment building. It is a new one bedroom apartment, fully furnished and fully equipped. You will also have a dedicated parking place in front of the building. Also, nearby you have supermarkets and grocery stores.

The apartment is new, was finished in December 2019 and was designed for one person. The space consists in an open space with a small well equipped kitchen, a kitchen table for eating, one person bed, an extensible couch, TV. Also, there is a bathroom with all you need and a washing machine.
