No place better in Dunedin

Great stay! Had everything that we needed for a few days stay in Dunedin. Kitchen was fully equipped and the place was clean, comfortable and in a perfect location for walking/biking around the city. Dave was prompt with his communication and the place was tidy. Would definitely stay here again.

A perfect place to stay on the peninsula. 15 mins drive to central Dunedin and 5 mins to Port Chalmers. Just a short walk down to Sawyers Bay. Beautiful views. The wee unit was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. I really appreciated having tea and coffee and milk provided. Thanks Trixie!

We had a fantastic stay. Such a cozy welcoming home, we all absolutely loved our 3 night stay and were sad to move onto our next location. We will definitely rebook for another Dunedin stay its the best airbnb we've used. 5 star for everything 🌟 🤩

Honestly? The best Airbnb we stayed during our trip in NZ! Very high end furnitures and appliances. Beautiful and unique details. So far. it's the first place I really felt at home.

My young family, along with my parents had a fantastic time. The house is as good, if not better, than the photos suggest. The host was responsive and proactive. It rained all weekend but that wasn't a problem as we enjoyed staying inside so much! Highly recommended!

Beautiful place to stay in beautiful surroundings. Great for a family, very clean and has everything you may need for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Shaun and Helen’s air b&b. We particularly loved the wood burner. It was so cosy and warm and exactly what we wanted for a rainy long weekend. We recommend seeing the sea lions at Sandfly Bay, visiting the Cove Cafe, and 1908 restaurant down the road. Thank you again and we would highly recommend to friends and family!

Debbie was a great host. I found the accommodation was truly dog friendly which made our stay enjoyable and stress free. Will definitely be back for our next dog competition.

Amazing place, great views, nice kitchen and James is very friendly. Absolute 5/5 on James’s end. Only downsides are the overpriced Airbnb booking fees making James rates less competitive.
