Mary Lou's Town House

Mary Lou's Town house is a 1930's house in town with a fully fenced in yard with additional dog yard and house. The back yard has a fire pit, BBQ, patio and trees. It is walking distance from bars and restaurants. Fall River Lake is three minutes from its location. It also comes with access to our ranch ten minutes away. The ranch offers 375 acres of walking space, a launch and water access. With a full homestead of animals, loved by bird watchers. Pets are allowed for $10 a night per pet.

When Tent Camping is just too exhausting

Basic mini-cabins are a step up from tents - basic shelter w/screened windows (no glass) and a screen door. These get cold at night like a tent. This cabin we call "Definitely Not the Ritz" features 3 beds with only a bottom sheet that sleep 4. There's a small nightstand a couple chairs, that's it. This is *almost roughing it*, but we won't spoil your stories if you tell your friends you actually were roughing it. Sleeping bags/blankets, towels/other toiletries are guest's responsibility.

Cozy Boho Cottage

Our little cottage is just right for a couple, or single guest who wants a relaxing space for exploring Chester and surrounding areas. We have a full kitchen. The bathroom & shower is small. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, and a TV. The living room has a 50 inch TV. The main source of heat is a wood stove (wood is provided) we also have 2 portable heaters. The house is small and only 500 sq ft. It is located in the back, behind another house. Parking area is in front of the cottage.

The Cabin - Summertime! Woot Woot!

This creekside Cabin (300sqft) escape is a STUDIO nestled in the forest but with all the city amenities. Complete with a queen bed and a full size bed in an upper loft (wrought iron ladder access, see photos to confirm able to climb it! This is NOT the primary bed.) Full bathroom with tub/shower, recently renovated full kitchen with granite counter tops, and a flat-screen TV with WiFi. A great escape from the Bay Area (San Francisco, Oakland and San Jose 4.5hrs); Sacramento 3 hrs

You will have access to our hot spring and swimming reservoir (the hot spring requires 4-wheel-drive in inclement weather.) The ranch is a great place for hiking, star gazing, relaxing at the water's edge or enjoying the country life. The perfect place to stay and unwind, or regroup for your next adventure.
