We loved staying at Hazel's apartment. It was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and so cozy with everything we needed. There are shops, bars and restaurants near by and the city centre is easy to get to, there are plenty of buses although we walked and it didn't take too long at all. Overall we had a fabulous time and would recommend this lovely place to anyone. We hope to come back again sometime soon😊

Jerome and Tracey's was just as described! It had everything we needed for our stay. Jerome and Tracey were very helpful with local recommendations and very accommodating for check in and check out if we would have needed it. It is walkable to a park and the Rumbling Bridge Gorge and was easy access for day trips. The grounds were beautiful. I would definitely stay at their place again and highly recommend it!

Lovely apartment within a minutes walk into Leith Walk , which has fabulous local amenities as well as the tram and bus network to get you around the city . The apartment was so well equipped and much more than I expected . Very very clean , with hotel standard bedding and plentiful towels . Lovely little touches including coffee, a supply of herbs and spices in the kitchen if you were cooking , chilled water in the fridge , cleaning products , and my favourite Scottish Fine soap products in the bathroom! The apartment has a dishwasher, coffee machine , hairdryer , washing machine , tv . Everything has been well thought out to ensure you have a very comfortable stay, home from home . The apartment was quiet , warm and the how too guide was very helpful in navigating the heating etc. Pier was a very responsive and helpful host . All in all, brilliant , thank you

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was great for our needs (a family of 3) and within walking distance from the main road with the buses and the trams. Pier and Monica provided useful information and responded to all our messages. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, stylish and spacious apartment near Edinburgh city centre in a nice neighbourhood with good public transport. We loved the old building features combined with modern style in the apartment. Good sized bedrooms with nice beds and linen as well as proper cabinets to hang your clothes, lovely living/dining room. Elegant bathroom. The building was quiet at nights and as the bedrooms are on the back, no street noise either. Welcome package with the info sheets was a nice touch! Aleksandra was an extremely friendly and responsive host, thank you!

We were a group of 6 and the moment we walked into house, we all felt like home. A spacious home with an outstanding interior design, super cosy. The kitchen was well staffed (best kitchen we‘ve ever had in an Airbnb). For the first morning David and his wife left us everything we needed for a proper breakfast. Thanks again for letting us stay at your beautiful home 😊 Absolutely recommended.

Notre séjour a été particulièrement agréable grâce au confort de l'appartement et à son excellente situation dans le centre d'Edimbourgh. Nous avons apprécié le guide en ligne de Sonia & Chris qui recense très clairement toutes les informations utiles et propose de bonnes suggestions pour découvrir la ville et les environs. A noter en particulier le pub Black Cat tout proche et dans lequel règne une super ambiance folk. Merci, nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Eine schöne Unterkunft unweit von Edinburgh. Diese Unterkunft ist schön gelegen, mit einer tollen Aussicht. Nach Edinburgh fährt man mit dem Auto zwischen 15-30 min., je nachdem wo man parken will und wie der Verkehr ist. Um Parkplätze zu finden haben wir die App „JustPark“ genutzt. Die hatte ich in Schottland entdeckt und die war sehr hilfreich. Vom Flughafen fährt man etwa 15 min mit dem Auto zur Unterkunft. Etwas aufpassen muss man, dass man die Einfhart nicht verpasst, im dunklen ist sie schwer zu erkennen. Da wäre sicherlich eine Art Reflektor hilfreich. Einen Parkplatz gibt es auch direkt an der Unterkunft, es wäre sogar Platz für mehrere Autos. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man hat alles, was man zum schlafen und kochen benötigt. Wir waren zu dritt dort (meine Frau, ihr Bruder und ich) und wir hatten auch kein Problem damit, dass alles in einem Zimmer war (beide Betten und Küche). Es ist schön gemütlich und hat sich wie ein zuhause angefühlt. Vielen Dank!

We were visiting for a family wedding and were looking for a place for a group of adults. Caroline's place was absolutely ideal, cosy but with enough room for everyone to have their own space when they wanted. Spotlessly clean and those additional touches that make you feel really welcome when you arrive. The highlight has to be having your own private 'pub' - the snooker was a huge hit although my skills haven't improved at all! Great value for money and a fantastic place to stay - hopefully we'll be back someday!

Absolutely wonderful stay in Swallow Cottage, spacious and well appointed rooms, bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen, looking out over the fields and hills. Lots of wildlife around the place and chickens on site which our eldest boy loved. Harvest and Dave were great hosts who were very responsive and helpful. The home made cake on arrival was a lovely touch. The cottages are in the middle of rolling fields but near enough to lots of places within 40 mins in beautiful Northumberland. We even caught the train to Edinburgh one day from Berwick(1 hour door to door). One of the best places we've stayed and wouldn't hesitate coming back.

What a lovely place to stay! The house is set out great for a large group/ family stay. Everything is well looked after and great attention to detail. The views from the windows are great and it's a lovely setting. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

This is an ideal place for a family get together. we were 6 adults, a 17 month old and a dog. The interior had loads of space for all and all the beds were comfy. There are lots of places to walk on the property with the dog and a lovely lawn area outside the house for the little one to play on. We had the pizzas on the Saturday night which made sorting out food really easy as we'd eaten out at lunchtime. Definitely worth giving them a go. The house is only a short five from Leven and Cupar were you'll find shops and restaurants. Great golf courses jearby as well. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

A lovely place for a relaxing holiday.

We had a lovely relaxing stay. The house is spotlessly clean and exactly as described. Very quiet and peaceful. Kitchen is very well equipped and great to have board games. Would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay in Elie. Ann’s house is in a great location with lots of lovely touches. We particularly enjoyed the Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom! Great garden for dogs and family alike, nice and secure.

Kate’s place was absolutely beautiful—quaint, updated, and full of charm. I was thoroughly impressed from the moment I arrived and truly wish I could have stayed longer. One of my favorite touches was the park right next to the property—such a peaceful, grounding spot to enjoy. And as if the scene weren’t magical enough, a beautiful cat came right up to me when I arrived, like something out of a Scottish fairytale. It was pure magic. Thank you, Kate, for creating such a special space!

We booked this place as our son was playing at the tournament at Craigielaw golf club. We couldn’t picked a better place. It was right at the doorstep of the golf course. Robin and his family were very helpful and accommodating from the start. Me and my son had a great few days staying at their apartment which was clean and comfortable. Their back garden had the most beautiful views with unbelievable sunset. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to be back there one day.

Lovely apartment on the outskirts of Edinburgh. One bus ride from airport or city center. Peaceful area. Beautiful apartment with lots of space. Nice beach walk close to the apartment. We enjoyed staying there and would definitely book again when we come to visit this wonderful City.

this place is a dream, you are steps away from the seashore promenade of Portobello where everything is happening, while also being very close (very short bus or car ride) from the city center. Callum’s space is so beautiful and homey at the same time. really feels like your own little home. I also loved the communal garden outside. it was the most beautiful little nook sprawling with forget me nots and all kinds of other flowers, the perfect place to have a cup of tea or coffee and re center after the bustle of the city. can’t recommend enough. would absolutely come back & stay again if I ever get the chance. El alojamiento de Dorothy nos pareció excelente. Ubicación a 10 minutos a pie del Royal Mile. Sitio tranquilo y agradable. Limpieza, menaje y todo los servicios necesario excelente. La ducha perfecta y con todo lo necesario. La comunicación genial con Dorothy, sin problema para dejar el equipaje el día de vuelo de vuelta, en todo momento estuvo atenta a cualquier demanda. Sin duda lo recomiendo para pasar unos días en esta bonita ciudad. Muchas gracias por todo Dorothy.

Catherine’s place was lovely!! It was beautiful, private and with incredible surroundings. Catherine had breakfast ready for us for the next day and even offered earlier check in! Everything was prepared with such loving care and it made us feel at home. Local jam, fresh marmellate, crispy bread, tea, coffees, porridge, cereals it was so thoughtful! Gave plenty of local recommendations and on the last day her husband even gave us a lift to the nearby town to get a train! They went above and beyond and I would go back and recommend it in a heartbeat! If you’re looking for a city escape or just an immersion in nature, there is no better place out there!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Christelle gefühlt. Die Lage war unbeschreiblich. Wir konnten alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen und trotzdem hat man in der Unterkunft nichts vom Großstadttrubel mitbekommen. Christelle war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und ihr Hund Noel ist auch ein Bonuspunkt für uns gewesen :)
