Great outdoor sitting areas, deck area for outdoor dining and fire pit to enjoy S'mores next to the beach with family,running stream that goes through the property. This home is complete and ready for you to just arrive and unwind!. SAMBRANO’s beach house consists of two separate dwellings. There is a main house and a studio type. Have the option to rent it both.

Swallows Nest

Welcome to the Swallows Nest. Your home base during your time of fun and adventure in the Lake Almanor basin. The home uses solar with a battery backup, and the garage has exterior 110v plugs for electric vehicle charging. We also have mini-split heating and AC units installed in each room so you can control the cooling or heating. Note: The units must all run in the same mode (ie cooling or heating.) We also have a whole house heater which runs on propane. There is NO whole house AC.

The house has WIFI, is all access and fully stocked for your convenience, if it's there, it's for you to use! We want to help you make your dream trip! Lake Almanor is popular for its world famous fishing, boating, swimming, and hiking in the Lake Almanor Basin -all just minutes away!! Day trips to Lassen National Park, and Caribou Wilderness are also great explorations!

Upgraded cozy Lake Cabin, with full amenities. 3 bed, 2bath huge deck for BBQ's and on the Lake. This is your perfect get-away to be able to relax and enjoy nature. Great fishing off our backyard, lake and on creeks. All one story plenty of parking! Ping Pong table, board games and movies. Bring the water toys. This is the place where kids forget about their IPADS and phones. Boat Dock is removed from Nov 1st to April 1st do to winter/snow conditions. Sorry for the inconvenience

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place & enjoy the cascading sound of the year round Hamilton Branch that feeds Lake Almanor & the faint sound of the occasional train in the background. Go fishing off the back deck & enjoy hours of pleasure on Lake Almanor with its 52 miles of shoreline. Lassen National Park is about 30 mins. away & it's rich in hydrothermal sites .Go biking, hiking, etc. in this year round place.

Indian Valley Cottage (Retreat)

This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.

The adorable town of Chester is a 15 minute drive where you'll find shops, thrifting, cafes, restaurants and Timber House Brewery.

Welcome to Riversong Retreat! Nested at the end of the road, in a quiet forest of Cedar and Pine, with some of the best fishing on Lake Almanor within walking distance of the house. The house is located in the little community of Hamilton Branch. The river flows right past the house into Lake Almanor. There is Four different levels of living space. The house is a short 30 mile drive to Lassen Volcano National Park. Take the hike to the top of a volcano for a great view.
