We enjoyed our short stay here. Great location, easy to access, well furnished and spotless kitchen. Can't go wrong with this one.

The whole family really enjoyed staying at Sophie’s house and we would definitely stay again. The kids loved the pool and the tennis court and the overall size of the house meant that if you wanted a bit of peace and quiet you could also find that. Good walks nearby and a lovely part of the country.

We had a fantastic stay over Christmas. On arrival we had Prosecco and chocolate which was a very thoughtful touch. Rebecca’s house is fun and quirky, it has a very well equipped kitchen, comfy beds with lovely clean linen and fluffy towels, there were even lots of fun board games. It is a beautiful location and we would love to go back in the summer.

Lovely little character Victorian terraced house, a short walk from the centre of Tunbridge Wells. Jen's communication was excellent and we really appreciated her flexibility regarding cehck-in. The sitting room was extremely cosy with the log burner alight, and the separate dining room with a good solid table was a bonus. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped and had everything we needed to cook an Easter roast! Both bedrooms are a good size for a cottage with comfortable beds and high quality bed-linen. Andy's home was as described and was perfect for what we required. Andy was easy to communicate with and provided easy to understand instructions for check in and out and general info about the house and local area.

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

A lovely, relaxing stay at Brian and Francesca's beautiful place. My dog absolutely loved roaming the gardens! Lots of thoughtful touches, including fresh bread, milk and butter, as well as some snacks and wine - plus a bone and towel for the dog! The whole space is filled with light and stays nice and warm in the evenings. The hot tub, of course, is a big highlight! :) Believe it or not, as non-drivers, we managed to get Ubers to and from Hastings, as well as food delivered via Deliveroo! And Brian was also incredibly kind to drive us to Battle station.

We had a great celebration weekend at Hannah’s place. Location is perfect, seconds from the lovely high street. Very comfortable and had everything we needed, and more. Dog bed and bowls a lovely touch, and also the milk, shortbread and chocolate - thank you! Hannah was a very responsive host and let us know we could check in a little earlier. Would highly recommend 👍🏻

Very charming flat in the city centre of Rye. Perfect location, close to all the little cafes, shops, pubs… We loved our stay and we will definetly come back again! Thanks for hosting us!

Gorgeous flat, tastefully furnished, comfortable beds, quiet, fully equipped, everything works. Did I mention the gorgeous sea views?

We had a relaxing and peaceful time at Roger's place. Although we arrived rather late at 11pm, the self-check in instructions were very helpful and we had a very comfortable night at the property. I would love to be back in the near future.

We really enjoyed our New Year week stay at Sea Sure, great location, right on the seafront, but close to local pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants. Paid parking right outside was cheap and easy to organise via the Ringo app and free parking was available nearby too. Ideal for dog walking on the beach at low tide or on the very well maintained promenade at sunrise and sunset and in Egerton Park, just a short walk away. The basket of goodies to welcome us was much appreciated and the property was cosy, comfortable, well decorated, beautifully clean and lovely and warm on what turned out to be a couple of stormy winter days. Best place to stay in Bexhill I would say, thanks so much Gemma and Marc.

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was es braucht. Top Aussicht auf das Meer und den Pier. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Wohnung. Einzig ist es sehr schwer a. Abend/Nacht am Freitag oder Samstag einen freien Parkplatz zu finden. herzlichen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft

A rare gem! And one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The Hollywood aesthetic is stunning, with such amazing features - from color block paint detail to crown molding to crystal glassware to classic photos on the wall, and TV! On top of this, the place is steps away from the sea with an amazing view from the front window. Meanwhile the unit is thoughtfully equipped with every thing you would want and expect in an Airbnb. It felt as if I were staying at the private beachfront property of celebrity ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Lovely characterful flat with rural cottage feel well placed near to the centre of Brighton. The cats were purrfect company and the chickens provided delicious eggs for breakfast. Easy to get to Brighton train station, around 20 mins on bus or around 30 mins to walk. Comfortable bed, sofa and chairs to relax on. Also, there are garden chairs outside to sit on and soak up the sun. Hosts were both really responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others who are looking for a relaxing stay away by the sea with friendly pets for company.

Great place, right at the beach, place very clean and tidy with all you need. Lisa was very helpful and explained all we needed. Would recommend for a nice break out of the city.

Little Rock is a fabulous property in a stunning location. This part of East Sussex/Kent border is really interesting and the countryside is lovely. The main room kitchen/lounge are is huge and very comfortable with lovely views over the country side with the small railway spur line at the bottom of the valley, (we were lucky to see the Spa Railway steam train both days we stayed). Bedrooms were all well decorated and very clean and the ones with ensuite facilities were huge. The kitchen and utility room were both extremely well appointed and we did a lot of cooking but did not run short of pots and pans etc etc. We would not hesitate to recommend Little Rock and all 9 of us were very sad to leave.

This was our second stay. The home is spacious and has great amenities, spotlesslyclean too. The local beach is fantastic. Would definitely recommend.
