A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

The barn is secluded and views from the rest of the house are of fields and woodland surrounding the property. By May 2022 we will have finished installing the new deck which will give the perfect spot to soak up the sun or take a cool dip. Gather around the fire pit at night to keep warm whilst having drinks or toasting marshmallows.

A beautiful, 16th century cottage in an area of outstanding natural beauty close to the village of Fletching in East Sussex. With easily access to footpaths local beaches and historic sites such as Battle Abbey, Herstmoneux Castle , Hasting Old Town, Bodium Castle etc.The Potting Shed has its own self contained garden (fenced) so well-behaved dogs are more than welcome. All the pubs and resturants locally to us allow dogs . No stag or hendos - sorry! we can sleep 4 x adults but also 2 x children on pull out beds.

Built in 1868 the property was completely renovated in 2013 and now boasts 3 luxurious bedrooms, a massive 60ft by 40ft living room (complete with fully working bowling alley), a huge dining table for 14 guests and a secret cinema room.
