We (4 adults and a child) had an amazing time at Ambat Farmstay. We booked Naren’s place as it is an operational farm (cows, chicken, dogs). But more importantly our residence just blew our minds. Interiors are tastefully done and clean. Grounds around the house are well maintained. There is a pond and a river nearby which you can walk down to. We also asked for food to be arranged. And again extremely tasty meals. North or South Indian. Loved the pancakes. Finally, we were under the impression that there is not much to do nearby. But Naren told us that there are a few waterfalls, dams, treks nearby that we could do. Given our short duration we opted for Meenuvallam waterfalls. Beautiful!!!! All in all an awesome experience. Thank you Naren for having us.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Nayan's property. She was incredibly accommodating, providing a home stay on short notice. The facilities were excellent, and she offered great support throughout, guiding with both check-in and check-out. I appreciated the flexibility with an early check-in and late check-out. The property is conveniently located near the town, with many amenities nearby. Highly recommended for a perfect stay!

We had a pleasant stay here. Sreerag and his family were great hosts. Their hospitality was remarkable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience the feeling of a home away from home!

Our group of friends celebrated our 30-year high school reunion Sosa. This enchanting resort exceeded our expectations. Tucked away in the woods, this 120+ year old Kerala Tharavadu-style house offers a quaint, no-frills getaway from the city's hustle and bustle. The resort's rustic charm is beautifully preserved, with minimal essential upgrades that maintain its authenticity. Take a stroll through the woods and discover the serene river, perfect for a refreshing bath. The real star of the show is Manager George, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From waking us up for a river visit to arranging a massive dinner delivery, George's hospitality was exceptional. While the resort has an open kitchen, we recommend exploring local eateries, like the nearby Chaaya Kada for breakfast, and ordering lunch/dinner from KPM Residency. *Note: 3rd bedroom in outhouse*. Overall, this resort is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, rustic retreat without unnecessary frills

great place to stay. Village area, near have 2 temples and natural pond with fish. For transport depending on Auto only.

Stay was quite good. Very neat and tidy rooms. Away from city. Peaceful environment. Beautiful surroundings. Room was neat with all basic amenities. Host was responsive. Both the Caretakers were good at behaviour and was accomodating our needs. They cooked nice dinner. Breakfast was also good. We were two familes with three kids. It was a kids friendly place too.

I was surprised to find a very modern, aesthetically done up Swish like cottage facility in Pampady, Thrissur. It had a clean smell, it is new and the garden is just beautiful. I was totally in awe of the misty overhead fountains around the cottage, which gives it a dreamy backdrop and of course a cool environment. Loved the almost musical sound of the water droplets falling off the roof, around the veranda and in-the drive way. Sitting idly among the droplets was so therapeutic We were so happy to gorge on to local delicacies freshly prepared at the property (on request). The Rassam and the milk and rice pudding - I forgot the name were just mouth watering. The vegetables were kind of directly from the farms. The neighbourhood is so safe and friendly. You’ll get to see happy people around. We loved our evening walk to the nearby river barrage. It was idyllic watching the locals bathing in the river, children learning swimming …just the mundane, which is lost in the daily city life.

The stay was great. The property is located near a main road so it was very easy to find. From palakkad junction it will be around 2 kms only. Basic needed amenities were all there as mentioned. It was very easy and convenient to get food and other things since there are good hotels and a super market present near the property. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful. Overall had a pleasant stay. Will definitely visit again soon!
