Welcome to our inviting 1-bedroom apartment located in Liverpool. This well-appointed space is perfect for up to 4 guests, featuring 2 single zip lock beds that can be arranged to your preference, and a comfortable sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The apartment offers all the basic amenities you need for a pleasant stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, living area with a flat-screen TV. Whether you're here for a short or longer visit, you'll have everything you need to feel right at home.

Grove Park is a leafy enclave tucked away in Toxteth, next to the Georgian Quarter. 5 minutes from town and the famous Sefton Park. On nearby Lark Lane there are a plethora of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops to enjoy. The annexe has a bed that can be used as a super king or it unzips into two single beds. There is an ensuite shower room, a kitchenette and a private walled garden for eating/drinking. TV and wifi are provided. Off street parking and home cooked meals are available.

The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls and full central heating . No stag or hen parties please. Free on street parking. We implement the air bnb recommended enhanced cleaning regime.
