Relax in privacy on our 2.5-acre equestrian estate. Walk or ride to polo, Steeplechase track, Hitchcock Woods, and downtown. Guests w/horses: 5 stalls, 2 large paddocks, tack room, and storage shed may be rented separately by "special offer" thru site. DRY stalls are $60/stall/day. You must clean stalls/paddocks daily and return to original condition. Wheelbarrow, pitchfork, etc. provided. Manure must go in container at back gate ($100/pickup) or take it w/you.

Nice neighborhood to walk or bike through and enjoy the beautiful Live Oaks that border the infamous South Boundary St. The Studio is on the 2nd floor of a recently renovated house. You will have your own entrance off the back deck, and can park your car at the side of the house.

Quiet country place only 15 minutes from Augusta

Enjoy the peacefulness of the county close to town. The apartment has an equestrian style and is a comfortable hideaway. You can relax and see the stars or cookout on the covered front area. It is a tranquil getaway. If you need a stall for your horse, ask me about those fees. Also note there is limited cellphone coverage because you are at the back of the property so you will need to use the WiFi for calls or internet. No pets and no childern.
