We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Douwe even gave an extra bed as there were 4 of us. They also prepare some stroop waffles as welcome snack :) Location was really convenient and located in a quiet street. Douwe was also very accommodating and helpful during check in & check out. Will definitely recommend the apartment!

Erg goed geplaatst om de stad te bezoeken, prima bedden, rustig buiten 's nachts. Ook binnen. Alles is aanwezig in het appartement. En n prima host.

Hôte très réactif et flexible sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. L'appartement est bien équipé et agréable, juste une deuxième chambre un peu étroite. Le barbecue n'était pas nettoyé, mais vu que la cuisine était bien équipée, nous n'avons pas eu de soucis. Emplacement proche du centre et d'une station de tram. Je recommande.

Très bel appartement, situé dans un quartier calme près de l'Oosterpark. Une grande terrasse très appréciable pour les soirées. Le tout à 15 min en vélo de la gare, des musées... Merci Petra pour votre accueil et votre confiance.

Great apartment ! Irene was really nice and helpful, the location was convenient and the neighborhood calm but lively. The apartment is really tidy, clean and lovely, especiallly the kitchen ! Would highly recommend !

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist perfekt und Edmond aan Zee ein wunderbares Ziel. Der Kontakt mit Nannij war äußerst sympathisch und herzlich. Alles was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht ist in ihrer schönen Ferienwohnung vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne bald wieder!

Tijdens de marathon van Rotterdam hier 2 nachten verbleven. De ruimte was piccobello in orde. Twee prachtige kamers met twee prachtige badkamers. Alles voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Gorinchem is een leuk stadje! Het contact met Sanne was top. Zij is vriendelijk en reageert adequaat op berichtjes. Al met al een top verblijf. Wij zouden hier zeker terug komen.

Magnifique logement dans rue tranquille et a proximité immédiate des commerces (ouvert de 10h a 17h pour la plus part), du bord d'eau et de son port Le moins c'est le stationnement, il faut se garer au parking Pelmolenpad pour payer 3,4 à la journée Le logement est très spacieux, propre, équipements et produits +++++,dommage on n a pas pu profiter des terrasses Jan nous a acceuilli tres chaleureusement, hote reactif et discret Je recommande+++

There is nothing to add to the comments, the house has its peculiar charme. What is'nt mentioned clealy in the description: you have to bring your own towels. Two bicycles can be rented. The parking place behind the house is public but mostly available. For coffee lovers: machine is available with capsule system 'Dolce Gusto'. I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

Wij zijn een gezin met 2 kinderen en waren voor de 2e keer in het appartement. De ligging is erg centraal in bergen en te voet binnen 10 minuten van het centrum. Het appartement is erg ruim, schoon, heel mooi gestyled en zeer comfortabel. Wij zullen zeker een volgende keer weer boeken.

This was our favourite ever Air bnb stay anywhere, ever! The apartment is beautiful, stylish and peaceful and had everything we wanted and more. Nick was so helpful and accommodating and responded instantly if we had questions. For us, it was a perfect location as it’s in a very quiet neighbourhood but really easy to get into the centre on the metro. We already know we want to come and stay in this apartment next time we visit Amsterdam!

We had a fantastic stay at this flat! It looked exactly as shown in the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from our daughter’s place, which made everything super convenient. Access from the street was straightforward, and the lift to the 3rd floor made getting in and out with luggage easy. Communication with the host was seamless and quick, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this flat, and we’ll definitely be back!

John’s Airbnb was perfect for our little getaway with our daughter (2 yo). John provided a high chair and crib for her and she had her own little room which she slept very well in. The Airbnb was quiet especially considering its location! The US WiFi is a little weak especially in the bedrooms but the other options is solid. The stairs up to the unit are very steep. We left the stroller by the front door and relied on the elevator (warning it’s small and slow). But overall, it was a really great place and we had an excellent time.

This apartment was wonderful! Clean, modern, comfortable, convenient, with everything you need. The pleasant host met with us to give us a tour and recommendations. Very cute little 3rd level apartment, historic and authentic but also contemporary. The spiral staircase was nice too, not as steep and narrow as traditional European homes. Right on the outskirts of city center, minutes away from everything, including the train station. Plenty of restaurants and lots of shopping, a few local museums and other activities. Or just take the train 20 mins to Amsterdam. We would definitely stay here again!
