A Cosy Private Cottage for two persons only! situated on the Staffordshire/Derbyshire Border and close to the Derbyshire Peak District & Alton Towers. also within walking distance of Tutbury Castle. The accommodation has been fitted out to impress with well equipped Lounge/Diner Kitchen with Cooker & hob/microwave & fridge freezer, the bedroom has a super king size double bed which can be split into two 3ft singles, and a double size shower/bathroom, also use of a private outside Patio area.

Huckleberry cottage Ingleby is a quiet hamlet nestled in the south Derbyshire countryside. Ticknall is just 2miles away, with beautiful walks through National Trust Calke Abbey and Anchor Church caves which is just a stones throw away. The cottage is self contained, with new facilities and open plan living. The stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceiling with 3 sky light windows create a light spacious feeling.On evenings to enjoy being cosy, there is a electric log burner while you relax.

Our lodge is located in a quiet area of the Marina (a secure gated community) nestled amongst the immaculately manicured planting but within walking distance of places to eat. Basque all day in the sunshine from our huge south-facing wrap-around deck or walk down to the Boardwalk for a drink whilst watching the sun set. The lodge has no steps & wide doors. Twin or double sleeping options available in bed 2 and the enclosed decking keeps pets & kids safe. Perfect family accommodation.

Mahonia Lodge was brand new in 2022. A total of 96 sq metres with 46 sq metres of open plan living this lodge provides plenty of space for up to 4 Adults and 4 children. A large wrap round deck allows guests to enjoy sunshine from dawn to dusk while enjoying the wildlife on the ornamental lake. Set in 74 acres of the largest inland marina in the UK the site has been sympathetically developed to accommodate both shopping, restaurants, cafes and the abundant wildlife.

It is situated close to the M42 with good road links to all Midlands towns and cities. Netherseal is within The National Forest which allows access to numerous walks. There are many attractions close eg Calke Abbey, The National Forest, Staunton Harold and National Arboretum We provide a welcome pack with fresh bread, milk, eggs and preserves
