This large apartment was perfect for our family of four. It is beautiful with great natural light, huge balconies, comfortable furniture, a well equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), comfy mattresses, and good water pressure in the showers. The area is very peaceful and quiet and there's a grocery store nearby as well as some nice cafes. Anastasia was such a helpful host, going above and beyond to answer questions and even organised to get us some headache medication when all the pharmacies were closed. Highly recommend!

This apartment was great and in the perfect location near lots of cafes and restaurants. Simon was responsive and helped answer any questions quickly. I would stay here again or recommend it to others.

The flat was better than it looks in pictures, kerim was extremely helpful from the min I booked till I checked out. I recommend this place and Kerim.

We loved staying at the location, there was a nicely sized living room, a nice balcony for having your coffee in the morning! Kitchen had everything we needed utility-wise. Bathrooms (2 toilets, one with a shower) were clean and had fancy mirrors. ACs were working great (even though you don't really need them at night, the air is great!) The host was very communicative if we had any questions. Nice big TV in the living room if you want to watch some Netflix or bring your own Nintendo Switch etc. for some games. We had a great time and I would recommend checking this place out for yourself. We will definitely consider this location when we travel again.

Απο πλευράς ιδιοκτήτη φιλικοτατος, ευγενεστατος, εξυπηρετικοτατος. Ενα υπέροχο διαμέρισμα, πεντακάθαρο με όλες τις ανέσεις. Κλιματιστικα σε όλα τα δωμάτια. Ήσυχη γειτονιά, με πάρκινγκ. Είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα είδη και προϊόντα στην κουζίνα. Είχε γεμάτο το ψυγείο με νερά και αρκετά σνακ. Για το μπάνιο, γεμάτο με όλα τα αφρόλουτρα, σαμπουάν κλπ. Μπορώ να πω καλύτερο απο οτι δείχνουν οι φωτογραφίες. Ενα σπιτι με πολύ θετική ενέργεια. Σίγουρα βρηκα το σπίτι για να ξαναμεινω, οταν επιστρέψω στην Κύπρο. Συγχαρητήρια!!!

Absolutely charming, comfortable house filled with beautiful collections, every where you look something interesting to look at. Paolo is a lovely host, very responsive and helpful. The bed and couches all super comfy. Stayed here a month and hope to be back!

Elena was very helpful in a difficult time we were visiting my husband each day in hospital. The house was very comfortable and the beds the same..It was very spacious with a nice feel about it lots of different areas to sit.We had a small problem which was resolved immediately. There was lots of lovely bits left in cupboard from previous guests and a bottle of water in the fridge for us.Take lots of mossie repellent we got badly bitten in the garden lots of bushes and plants and surrounding trees etc.The area was nice to walk with lots of places for coffee a great little park 10 mins walk the museum close by. There is a school behind property which they constantly ringing the bell ! but it didn't really bother us.Lots of places to park and a nice area .Thank you for hosting us in difficult circumstances.

Theodora is a wonderful host, always responding quickly and politely. Her apartment is very artistic. It is beatifully decorated and has a yard at the front, where you can enjoy your coffee. Many bakeries, super markets, and restaurants are nearby. The city center is easily reached by bus or taxi. Totally recommend it!

We are so happy with our stay. This house was something incredibly special in Cyprus- a perfect blend of traditional historic Cypriot and modern. We had great relations communicating with the lovely property manager Panayotis. Would definitely stay again!

Andrew along with him team were very attentive and couldn’t do enough to help. The villa was beautiful with lots of land and an amazing view. The villa was also fully equipped with everything you could need. Very excited about a return next year as it is a perfect location between being in the city of Nicosia yet having your own retreat and a pool. Very close to supermarket and restaurants.

Lefkoşa'da ana caddeye 50 mt markete 50mt Gönyeli çemberine çok yakın bu sayede ulaşımımız çok rahat oldu. Zeynep Hanım'ın ilgisi kibarlığı neredeyse her saatte ulaşıp sorularımızı yanıtlaması çok büyük artıydı. En önemlisi de evin temizliği hijyeni ve imkanları kendi evimiz gibi hissettik her anlamda, kaygısız tutabilirsiniz. Geniş bir ev yastık ve nevresimler çok temiz bizim en çok beğendiğimiz hijyenik olması oldu onun dışında da tek bir olumsuzluk dahi yaşamadık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum hiç düşünmeden tutabilirsiniz.

I like Tasoula's place and I prefer to stay here when I am in Lefkosia. The place is very close to the Cyprus Institute, and it is a very peaceful and quite place. This time I was together with my kids, it was super place staying in this place, so they can also enjoy the outside. The house has everything that you need. The apartment is very nice, has everything you need. А quiet place, close to the beach. The owner provided us with separate blankets for the bedroom, for which we thank him.

Super logement, nous y sommes allés en basse saison, l'île est très calme à cette période. Le logement était très propre et bien décoré. Un peu de bruit à cause des travaux juste à côté, mais ce n'est pas du tout la faute du propriétaire :)

The apartment is not suitable for winter trips. The cold floor and the room itself, even the air conditioner doesn't save. The sofa is not very comfortable, it squeaks hard. The bed in the bedroom is good. The house and the location are excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at Paula's apartment. The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with the beach and restaurants just a short walk away. Although it was a bit chilly during our visit, the ACs helped keep us comfortable. Paula was a great host, always responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Had a great two weeks in Dominika's apartment. It's just two minutes walk from UCLAN cyprus which is where my daughter is studying and who we were visiting. Pyla is a small village but we hired a car and visited Aiya Napa, Protoras, Lefkara, Limosol and Nicosia. The pool is lovely. It's a very quiet location. The balcony is a sun trap. Comfey beds and welll equipped apartments. The Happy Nest is a lovely local place to eat.
