Very Clean, Cold AC, Spacious home w/Large Garage

Split floor plan home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with TV in all rooms. We clean the home to make sure it’s done right, no third party help. The home is nice and cool for the summer since we replaced the AC recently. Walmart is 1/2 mile away and many other stores. Always making upgrades to the home.
