This place was exactly what we were looking for in T or C. The location was within walking distance to the downtown area and all the springs. There was intentional thought put into this space. Very comfortable. The full kitchen was great to cook our own meals in. Great water pressure and hot water in the house. I would recommend this to a friend, 100%. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

Great place for a weekend getaway or longer. Excellent location. Easy access to boat ramps and amenities.

We had a wonderful time barbecuing on the back deck and enjoying the river. This is a nice home with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was ideal for our family trip. Short distance to the hot spring spas and elephant butte lake. Housed the 6 of us very comfortably, plenty of room for our baby to play as well. Not to mention, pet friendly!

Loved staying here. Lindsay was easy to connect with if needed. There was plenty of towels. Bonus they provide a day pass for the lake. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of coffee

Better than expected my family and I felt right at home, blankets, pillows, towels were provided. Kitchen had pots and pans to cook and items to use. Great spot, looking forward to booking again

Amazing! We rented two trailers again for our family this year and they were set up perfectly next to the water for us to enjoy our vacation. You won't find a better host anywhere. Dennis is awesome and always available if we have any questions or need anything. We are already planning our next lake trip for 2025 and looking forward to making more wonderful memories. The place is huge and comfy. If you forget something there is a nearby store. David has a great communication and good local recommendations.

Dennis was a great host. He responded right away to any questions we had. He put the camper in a beautiful spot for us. We would really recommend this place and we would use him again for any future trips we may have to Elephant Butte.

Amazing stay with David’s Bounder right on Elephant Butte Lake!!! He found a private area of a busy cove and got us all set up for success. Great instructions and very helpful! Best of all we didn’t have to rent or drive an RV! Thanks for wonderful time!

Wow! Great set up and location once again for our second year with Dennis. We had children and grandkids and everything was perfect with plenty of space for everyone. We will definitely be calling again for our next trip which we are already planning for 2025. Thank you Dennis for your efforts to help us make wonderful memories.

We really enjoyed this clean and comfortable place. The kitchen had absolutely everything we could want or need, and nice little extras like an ice maker and water filter pitcher waiting for us with cold water. The mineral tub was warm and ready to go. Very relaxing. The big bedroom is very private and luxurious. I would love to stay here again.

Fantastic camping spot! The soaking tubs were a perfect way to relax, and the entire site was peaceful and well-maintained. The camp host was friendly and very responsive, making our stay even better. If you're looking for a quiet, lovely getaway, this is the place. Highly recommend!"

Peaceful place to spend the night. Access to nice private hot spring tub with towel provided. Convenient to bathroom and adjacent to outdoor sink, trash, and recycling.

Loved this place! The hot spring spa is AMAZING! Sarah is a great host. We booked last minute and she had the hot spring ready for us when we arrived! Would 10/10 recommend staying here! Can’t wait to visit again!

I spent a couple nights at this Glamp Camp. I was car camping and mainly wanted to relax and soak in a hot springs without breaking the bank. I'm glad I chose here because I felt safe while sleeping, it was within a short walking distance to the brewery and restaurant, and the hot springs were very clean and fast to fill up each time, taking only a few minutes. I slept like a rock after each soak, too! The hosts were friendly and very helpful with the walkthrough, and Robert even kindly gave my pickup a jump after I accidentally let the battery die during the first night. If I'm ever back in T or C in the future, I'd stay here again!

I'm a repeat guest. This is a great place. Nice hot springs and a less than 5 minute walk from the main street. The site manager is friendly and keeps the place very clean.

We loved our stay here! It was awesome to have our private mineral bath in a beautiful location. We enjoyed stargazing from the tub. just what we needed!

This place was the perfect little oasis for the weekend. We really enjoyed going in the hot springs whenever we wanted. The hosts were welcoming and answered our questions. Make sure you stop and check out Ardie’s Market for ice cream, it’s a short walk from the campground and the owners are wonderful.
