Quaint & Comfy Private Guestroom & Bath.

We have a cute guest room attached to our garage adjacent our back porch. It’s a small space but has all the essentials and is super comfy! It has a full size comfy bed, a comfy chair, dresser, desk, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and 36" flat screen TV with Amazon Firestick. The bathroom has a small shower. We include lots of little extras to make your stay enjoyable. We live in the Historic area of downtown Bastrop. Our home was built in 1916 by my husband's great grandfather.

Enjoy nature from the back porch, relaxing in the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. This secluded home is ideal for a romantic trip, or it can offer a peaceful stay when you want to escape the city. Animals or 'visiting' animals are not allowed.

This location is set in the middle of 225 acres of farm & ranch land on a working cattle ranch. There is a non-heated pool, basketball goal, and ping pong & billiard table for guest use. Late winter and early spring time is calving season with 40 calves arriving during this time. Its peaceful and quiet at night with no disturbing outside lights or traffic. We are 30-45 minutes from downtown Austin depending on time of day; 30 minutes from ABI Airport and Circuit of the Americas track.

Happy Horse Bunkhouse

Located 20 miles east of Austin and 2 miles from the LCRA McKinney Roughs Nature Park. Our 20 acres is a quiet spot conveniently close to the city. This is a one room air-conditioned & heated cabin with a twin & a double bed & a small kitchen. Happy Horse is Elegant Camping/Glamping: the darling outhouse and hot water shower (enclosed but open to the moon & stars) are only a few yards away from the porch. BBQ grill & picnic table a few feet from the porch. Hot water sink nearby.

**During summer it's too hot to sleep in loft, so we limit guests to a total of 2 people in downstairs bedroom.** 1930s farm house on 18 acres. Mix of modern & antique; wood floors, cream plaster walls, comfortable period furnishings. Kitchen has marble counters, gas stove, undercounter fridge, dishwasher. A cute little house in the country. Come enjoy a few peaceful days with a gorgeous view of the sunset while watching the cattle graze in the field. Also enjoy the porch swing. The house is clean and comfortable to stay in. There is a queen bed to sleep in, a nice TV to watch with directv, and there is also internet service. A great place to unwind or venture out. We are 17 miles from Lexington, 17 miles from Elgin, 23 miles from Taylor, and 45 miles from Austin. Come see us!
