The lighthouse has five floors and a basement, containing two separate units. its perfect for large families or small groups travelling together.

Charming 15th Century Castle

Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety and caters for up to Six Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.

In 2001 the artist Zizi Rincolisky started to renovate the 500 year old O’Driscoll tower house, that she inherited from her parents. Since 1962 she had visited Ireland twice a year during her holidays and ever since has been passionate about the light and the beauty of this country’s untouched nature. Thus the restoration of Rincolisky castle became her object of love taking many years.
