Sitting less than 30-feet from the sandy bottom of Bass Lake, this house is a charmer in all seasons. In the winter months, enjoy snowshoeing across the lake and come home to a cozy fire. Please make note of the spiral staircase as it is steep. It’s located in a private corner of our property with its own drive so you will feel completely on your own. It’s located about 7 miles from Bellaire and Shorts brewery as well as torch lake. It’s about 45 minutes from traverse city, Charlevoix and Petoskey.

Newly updated downtown Elk Rapids rental, the house is less than a block to the beach and to Veterans' Memorial park. Memorial Park features basketball courts, tennis, a huge playground for kids, and all the great traits of a beach park. Outside, a huge corner lot with gas grill and yard games perfect for outdoor entertaining.

You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the outdoors space, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. I am on premise and available to answer any questions. I live in the main house.
