It provides a living area, walk-in closet and bathroom. We are located in a quiet neighborhood two miles north of town. You can easily access the University, restaurants, and entertainment options. Mountain adventures await with local hikes and a full array of mountain activities. Our Manual will provide some recommendations.

Studio 202 in Historic Downtown Ellensburg

Studio 202 is located in the heart of the historic district in downtown Ellensburg. Our studio is on the second floor in the 1889 Kleinberg building, that we’ve fully restored and renovated and placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Tastefully furnished with a queen bed, sitting area, 55” Smart TV, WiFi, AC, and fully equipped kitchenette. Its location allows for easy walking to restaurants, wine bars, brew pubs, galleries, museums, shopping and is only 6 blocks away from CWU.

The Wood House

The Wood House is a beautiful blend of both old and new while also having the luxuries needed to create the perfect stay. The exterior of the house is a striking mix of old-world charm and modern design, featuring a creative use of reclaimed materials. The interior is fresh and new including more unique touches and modern amenities. These elements give the house a distinct personality, blending contemporary aesthetics with a rich and eclectic feel. Located on 2 peaceful acres & just minutes from CWU, fairgrounds, & downtown, the Cowboy House is the perfect spot for your time in Ellensburg. Bring your dogs to run free in the fenced pastures, relax on the comfy couch, & enjoy meals on the weather-protected porch. The driveway is a pull through so trailers are welcome. We have one security camera recording the driveway.
