A beautiful condo overlooking the lake. The bedrooms are spacious with private bathrooms. The kitchen was modern and clean. The amenities were great and as described. Our stay exceeded our expectations. Thank you , Peidi!

this place is located on central campus and it's super nostalgic for anyone who used to live here! 10/10 recommend. Haley was a great host and made checking in and out super easy. worth the money!

We stayed at Brent’s place for a couple days. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and the location is great! The apartment is in a converted old tobacco factory making it very cool and funky! Brent responded quickly to any questions we had and he gave wonderful restaurant recommendations! We plan on staying here again on our next visit to Durham!

Great place for two. Very clean with a sizable bedroom. The host left snacks and there are two decent restaurants in walking distance. If I ever go back to Winston-Salem this will be the first option to check. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything inside the home was great! The steps to get upstairs were a little steep but we managed. Everyone loved listening to the frogs at night and watching water birds during the day.

We enjoyed our stay so much! We love the house! The surroundings are beautiful. We even caught some fish in December. Most of our time was spent purely relaxing, and this was a perfect place for that.

This house was great! Great living room with lots of space for seating for hanging out. Great bedrooms! (Only complaint is to bring your own pillows as these are the tallest, hardest pillows ever 😂)

Marilyn's house is fantastic. Its is spacious, airy, and inviting. Our family had a wonderful weekend. It was the perfect spot from which to explore both Raleigh and Chapel Hill. Marilyn is very communicative and was very gracious and accommodating with us. I definitely hope to stay again in the future

We have shared Cristina's home many times over the last few years. We have booked our next stay prior to going there this time. Cristina is professional and friendly to deal with. She responds quickly to any inquiry and assist in making things happen the way you like it to. The home is spotless, never see any bugs, furniture is comfortable. All necessities are provided. We are so comfortable there it feels like home to us when we are there. I can not speak more highly about Cristina and her property. My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay in Greensboro. The home was clean and inviting and provided plenty of space for my family of five. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We definitely enjoyed the enclosed patio and spent much of our days relaxing there. We would definitely return for another trip.

Apt. was conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. Antonio was responsive and kind. Could not have asked for more.

Great place to stay in Durham! Great location, well equipped apartment. Hosts (Marcia and Butch) super kind, quick responses, and they even leave great recommendations for groceries, restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at Elliott’s. Our favorite places nearby: Foster Street Coffee, Yonder Coffee, pizza at Hutchins Garage, shops at Brightleaf Square, DPAC, Liberty and Plenty Distillery, drinks at Velvet Hippo and cheaper drinks at Dive In. Thank you for a great place to stay!

Thank you for another great stay in Greensboro! Our commute to the Tanger Center was easy and close to walk. Bottom floor location kept street noise to a minimum, corner unit was quite. It was our 2nd time staying at Jamie's place and we will return again!

Karen is awesome! She was there for us without delay when we needed a little help. Her home is beautiful and the downtown area is so full of life and everything you could want is right there. No need to get in your car, unless you just want to. Karen's home is one of our favorite homes away from home. I am sure it will be one of yours as well.
