This stylish Edwardian terraced house is perfect for couples or a family. On the edge of Durham Heritage Coastline & Castle Eden Dene Nature Reserve. 8 mins walk to beaches & cliffs. On a clear day views as far as Blyth & Whitby. The sandy beach has wonderful rock formations & an abundance of sea glass after a high tide. Regular sightings of seal, dolphin, deer and rare birds. Also the beach is the location of the final scenes of Get Carter with Michael Caine & Britt Ekland (1970).

Located very centrally in Hartlepool town centre, close to great transport links if you don't have your own car. Bus routes are close by and train station is 10 minutes walk away. The property itself has just been refurbished, with a brand new kitchen, spacious living room and 3 good size bedrooms. Property also has a cosy little courtyard garden. All furnishings are top quality and comes with a helpful host!

This is my home in Hartlepool when visitng friends and family back in the North East. Ideally placed for the shops, restaurants, bars, marina, cinema and the seafront. Even the railway station is only a 6 minute walk. Seaton Carew is a 20 minute walk along the promenade.
