Absolutely stunning views and a beautiful, well appointed home! We loved our stay here and found Suzy to be incredibly friendly and helpful! We would love to stay again and highly recommend.

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Carlo et Elena. Le jardin clôturé et la piscine étaient de vrais plus. Sans compter toutes les petites attentions que Carlo a pu avoir pour nous, et même un cadeau pour notre petit chiot. Le logement est paisible entouré de montagnes avec une belle vue. Nous recommandons cette maison et son hôte car tout était parfait!

anche se abbiamo trascorso solo una notte da Silvia possiamo dire che L'appartamento è bello e confortevole, le due camere sono spaziose, ideale per chi vuole soggiornare in 4, letti comodi. noi eravamo in 6 ed anche il divano letto è comodo; la sala grande quindi non ci sono problemi di spazio nemmeno quando è aperto. comodo il doppio bagno quando si è in tanti. si trova in una zona tranquilla. l'appartamento era ordinato e pulito. Host cordiale e accogliente; avevamo un impegno li vicino ed è stata molto gentile ad accoglierci all'orario che ci era più comodo. Lo consigliamo anche per le vacanze estive, se il prossimo anno saremo di nuovo in zona sarà la prima che contatteremo!

Logement fidèle à la description. Très propre, rangé, bien équipé. Facile d’accès avec un parking quelques mètres plus loin. L’hôte était très réactive et arrangeante ! Nous avions réservé ce séjour dans le cadre du Grand Prix moto du Mugello et le logement est à une distance très correcte du circuit (20aine de minutes). Dans le village, toutes commodites : petite superette, quelques restaurants, café, distributeur de liquide, poste … Le cadre est très joli et calme. En Bref, je recommande fortement ce logement et merci pour cet accueil !

I spent a week in the house with my 2 kids. This was definitely the best Airbnb experience I've had. The house has all you need for a very pleasant vacation. The view from the windows and the garden elevate the whole experience and the excellent communication with Raffaele, his tips and assistance were much appreciated. I'll come back!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

I was very satisfied with my stay. The place was cosy and had enough space for two people. It's perfect for anyone looking for peace and quiet. The host was very responsive and hospitable, which made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed Caterina’s apartment. It was well set up with everything we needed. We really appreciated the easy to use washing machine as we travel with only a few clothes so have to wash frequently.The location was ideal. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket. We were able to work out the local bus to get into the centre a bit quicker but it was walkable. Caterina was very approachable gave us lots of hints and suggestions and checked in with us to see how we were going . A very enjoyable and memorable time for us in Bologna.

Marco is a great host and incredibly helpful! He gave us recommendations for a few local restaurants and helped us make reservations. The apartment is walkable and ~20-30 minutes from the city center. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which was a nice break from the city center.

Great Host and a very comfortable and cozy home for our visit to Lucca. Nice and quiet spot and relaxing after our days walking the beautiful city inside the walls. So glad we chose this place and the Host was very responsive, welcoming and accommodating. Thanks again for making our Lucca visit perfect !!!!

Mimma’s place is the perfect place to stay in Firenze. It’s maybe 20 steps to the Duomo and very close to Firenze Santa Maria Novella station. You can’t beat the location and the rest of the city can be reached in just a few minutes. Her home was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was luxurious. 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great Airbnb in the heart of the city! Super close to the old town, also well communicated with train station. Anthony was a wonderful host, always helpful and was answering all messages very quickly. We were also allowed to store out luggage in the airbnb since our flight was late in the evening. Highly recommended!

The apartment was as described in the ad, clean, everything worked, shower was good, beds comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space and kitchen was fine. Great location in the centre of Levanto on a shopping street on the 2nd floor, but not noisey and all you need really close, shops, supermarket, resteraunts, railway station and beach. There are steep stairs up to the apartment, but we had no problem with them. Antonella was very helpful and responsive. Overall we had a great stay and are already thinking of coming back. Thank you.

Mycket trevlig lägenhet. Fullt utrustad. Det fanns även lite extra bullar, marmelad, bröd mm. Passade våra behov mycket väl. Rekommenderas varmt.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno! L'appartamento si trova vicino al centro, a due passi dalla Galleria dell'Accademia, in una zona dove c'è meno affollamento di turisti. È un appartamento rinnovato di recente, ben arredato, confortevole, pulito e più ampio di quello che si percepisce dalle foto. Ci sono tutte le comodità necessarie per soggiorni medio-lunghi e Andrea, l'host, è stato molto ospitale e disponibile. Molto utile il piccolo ascensore, visto che l'appartamento si trova ai piani alti.

Location is very good and room was clean. Easy to check in and get in. Most of all the host Alessandra was super nice. But be aware that in Firenze(actually most of Italy), there are many mosquittos. Prepare your mosquitto spray!

Appartamento in ottima posizione, 3 minuti a piedi da spiaggia e da fermata del bus. Zona molto tranquilla lontano dai rumori, un locale con letto (non divano-letto) molto comodo e grande, zona cucina con tutto l'occorrente, bagno grande e funzionale (mancava solo qualche appendino in più), zona esterna con vista su porto venere. Garage sottostante. Porto venere raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. proprietari gentili, a modo, precisi e disponibili. Un ottima location per vacanze.

Daniela und ich hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Robertas Wohnung. Die Lage ist perfekt zwischen Strand und Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig in einer ruhigen und schönen Gegend. Roberte ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Mille grazie Roberta

One of my favorite AirBNB experiences. Marco and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts - Lorenzo met us at the door and showed us around. We had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome gift. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room quite large. The 2 bathrooms were a godsend, as I was traveling with my 18 year old niece, and she definitely enjoyed the privacy. We made good use of the washer and dryer, as we were halfway theough a 2 week trip. I loved every bit of my stay - not one thing I would change. Simply wonderful!

Soggiornare da Laura è stato come sentirsi in famiglia. Accogliente, mi ha fornito sin dall'arrivo tutte le istruzioni della casa. Ha cercato di trovare una soluzione per tutte le mie richieste. La casa è spaziosa, e ci sono 2 bagni. Si nota che Laura ha una predisposizione a questo genere di attività ricettiva, che si tramanda da generazioni, dato che i genitori gestiscono degli alberghi sul mare e a poca distanza dall'appartamento. Mi ha anche dato la possibilità di avere prezzi agevolati qualora avessi voluto usufruire dei servizi dell'hotel (pranzi, cene, colazione, ...)

All perfect and easy! Very cosy and nice apartment, ideal for a family of 4 like us visiting Florence for a family reunion. Lots of nice ottiene restaurants nearby , 10-15 minutes easy walk to Ponte Ve. Gio and the center. There is also a bus stop by the house. The private carpark was a real plus and Morena is always available and easy to reach fir useful advice or anything you might need.
