19th century cottage with sea views in Emsworth

Overlooking the water and built around 1850 our semi-detached cottage has stunning views of Emsworth harbour. It has plenty of character with a fresh minimalistic decor and good quality beds and bedding. It's a five minute walk into the heart of Emsworth where you will find an abundance of restaurants pubs and coffee shops, butchers/fishmonger and greengrocers. There is a coastal footpath on the doorstep, the Southdowns, West Wittering beach, Chichester and Portsmouth a short drive away.

Light filled cottage overlooking the sea, a stone's throw from Hayling's blue flag beach, mini railway and a beach café, and a 15 minute drive (or ferry ride!) from Portsmouth . The décor is chic yet cosy, and the accommodation has a surprisingly spacious feel for its footprint. There are 2 small sheltered back gardens with seating separated by an old washhouse/WC/kitchenette. Perfect for preparing an alfresco lunch, BBQ or afternoon tea in the garden! There is also an outdoor shower.

The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. It's a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.

The Little Gaff is a self contained cabin, located in an 'area of outstanding natural beauty' near the picturesque, harbour town of Emsworth. This beautiful harbourside village has many bars and restaurants and is surrounded by stunning countryside and wildlife. Little Gaff is situated in private grounds, on a secluded road, which provides secure accommodation and private parking. The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

End of Terrace two bed house that situated right by Chichester canal. The house is 10-15 minutes walk to Chichester centre where you can visit shops, restaurants and Chichester Cathedral. Chichester canal is a stone throw away and Goodwood and West Wittering beach is only 15 minutes drive . The house is modern yet traditionally decorated through out. Cosy, comfy and fully equipped with little bit of extra luxury features such as under floor heating, wood burner and water softener.

Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines. Light and airy self-contained annexe with stunning views of the River Arun. Attached to our family home but with your own entrance and off-road parking. You're welcome to launch your Kayak/SUP straight onto the Arun from the bottom of our garden (please just let us know if you plan to). The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, oven/hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. We provide cereals, milk, tea & coffee.
