Dog friendly and within close walking distance to the beautiful sandy beach (also dog friendly) Ideal for families, swimmers and surfers. Also located near the south west coast path for breathtaking walks. The property has fabulous views of the ocean from the lounge, sunsets are amazing. Ideally located for visiting all Cornwalls attractions and has parking for 2 cars with enclosed garden.

Shepherds Cottage is a secluded 19th century two bedroom cottage down a farm track between Mawgan Porth and Bedruthen Steps, close to the coast path and within a short drive of Padstow and North Cornwall's amazing beaches. The cottage overlooks the village green and there are BBQ facilities in the garden and parking on the private drive.

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It's in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking (shared with us), king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.

Cedar Lodge has just been completed and is brand new ready for 2023. It is a stunning 1 bedroom annex situated in the lower half of our garden. Although it is in close proximity to our family home there is a dividing fence and all access to the annex is separate with shared parking.
