A beautiful self-contained garden studio, located in the heart of historic Highgate Village. The 320 sq foot studio is equipped with King size bed, kitchenette, Bathroom with spacious shower, 55” HDTV, BBC iPlayer, Amazon & Netflix. There is a semi-private outside patio with seating. The village has ten pubs/restaurants within a few minutes walking distance, along with the beautiful expansive Hampstead Heath and Highgate Cemetery. Our cabin is exactly that. It’s a cabin that is functional. A good base to explore the area or attend a function. It’s not a 5 star hotel but warm, clean and cosy. This is a purpose built cabin with 2 good sized bedrooms, an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner and a bathroom with a bath and shower. It is situated within a 15 minute walk to the nearest pub, 1.5 miles from Roxwell and 6 miles from Chelmsford Railway station Due to the rural location it is strongly advised you follow the what3words

The Cabin Near Stansted Airport

Created to offer a luxurious stay, TheCabin is equipped with a Kingsize bed and luxury bathroom. In the kitchen there is a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, mini air fryer oven, fridge, induction hob, pots and pans. For breakfast you have eggs, fresh milk, bread, and a variety of cereals, jams and spreads. With beautiful armchairs and a bistro table to eat, work or just sit back to enjoy the smart TV with Netflix, BBC iPlayer, etc. Outside there is a small private garden too.

Detached Annex Sleeps 4. Kitchen + Private Parking

Our annex has a double bedroom (downstairs), with en-suite shower room, kitchen and parking for 1 car. Upstairs is the lounge/kitchen area, which has an L-shape sofa that is also a (small) double bed. The bedding for the sofa bed is in small cupboard behind the lounge door. We’re in a great location for lovely walks as we are close to Cuffley and Broxbourne woods and the River Lea. Additionally, we are close to London (20 mins from Cheshunt or 40 mins from Cuffley to Kings X).

Self Contained Cottage in Thames Ditton Village

Beautiful self contained 1 bedroom cottage in the grounds of one of Thames Ditton’s oldest properties. Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by. Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court, Surbiton, and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.

Our self-contained two storey annexe comes complete with small but well -equipped kitchen, living area, wet room, garden room, 50inch flat screen television and parking. Set in the peaceful village of White Roding, this is the perfect place for a relaxing break. Close to a number of wedding venues including Colville Hall, Down Hall, The Reid Rooms, Blake Hall, Mulberry House, Newland Hall and That Amazing Place, we are also just 15 mins away from Stansted airport.

The Lodge at Briggens Home Farm is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom self contained cosy modern annexe located in a beautiful rural Hertfordshire setting only 1 mile walking distance to Roydon village and train station with fast links to London Underground (15mins) and Stansted Airport (30mins). There are numerous country walks just a few steps from the lodge, one of which leads to the River Stort (15min walk) from where you can carry on exploring miles of river walkways.
