Welcome to Villa Maria, our small fairy-tale chateau by the forest in Lauterbourg. It is your home away from home, with its own history and character, offering a calm retreat or a base between Karlsruhe and Strasbourg for exploring the Rhine Valley, Black Forest, and the Vosges. It’s a short 5-minute walk to the village bakeries for morning bread and 10 min to the lake & beach. Whether you are visiting as a couple, family or a group of ten, we hope you find it as welcoming and peaceful as we do.

geräumige, stilvolle und ruhige Unterkunft, in einer Spielstraße mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten gelegen. Wallbox steht gegen Bezahlung zur Verfügung! Das Schrankbett kann tagsüber einfach eingeklappt werden, sodass das Wohn/Schlafzimmer viel Platz bietet. Ein Kinderbett kann auf Anfrage gestellt werden. Ein kleinerer Hund ist erlaubt. Im Haupthaus leben ein Dackel und ein Kater. Bitte bei Allergien beachten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind im nahen Umkreis vorhanden.

Das Apartment wurde komplett renoviert und eingerichtet. Messe Karlsruhe ist nur 2 km entfernt. Nach Karlsruhe sind es 5 km. Öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln in 500 m. Mit einer großen möblierten Terrasse. Privater Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Mit der Bahn oder Bus sind sie in 30 Minuten im Zentrum KA. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es ist 1 Zimmer Apartment. Ruhig gelegen, mit eigenem Eingang. Keine direkten Nachbarn, sie stören keinen. Sauberkeit steht an erster Stelle! Welcome :-)

Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Stilvolles Gästehaus mit Pool

Egal ob Wandern im Pfälzer Wald, ein paar Tage Wellness oder die Ruhe der Natur direkt vor der Haustür - in dieser Unterkunft lässt sich vieles vereinen. Der Pool ist bei unseren Gästen besonders beliebt, da er nach Sauna-und Spaziergängen für Erfrischung sorgt. Besonders geschätzt wird auch die Privatsphäre, da sowohl Pool als auch Sauna und Garten zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung stehen. Der Pool ist ganzjährig nutzbar, allerdings nicht beheizt. Ein Whirlpool steht nicht zur Verfügung.
